Ram bagh,the team make us feel like its our own palace. They are soo soo good in making us comfortable in every situation. I seriously never had seen the service and hospitality like this. It was my daughter first birthday and i plan to visit ram bagh and You guys make her special day more more special with your service and gifts. Like from check in to check out there is alot of surprises.the way you welcome us in palace is was amazing. The special cake cutting setup was like i never can forget. Thank you thank you so much. I am really happy and deep down i feel really emotional in good way like you guys behave like a family to my daughter. Everyone on every point making her laugh and showing her so much love. Its was really difficult to leave the palace but yes we will come back very soon. Special thanks to ms himanshi ji Ms palak ji Ms vishali ji Ms somya ji And all the coridor team & gate man & umbrella man and the special thanks to the flute man. He is soo amazing. I recently celebrated my birthday at the Rambagh Palace, and I couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience. The moment I entered, I was surrounded by the beauty of the palace’s architecture and the charm of Jaipur. The sight (and sound!) of peacocks around the gardens added to the magic. I dined at the Rajput Room, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. My waiter, Vikram Singh, was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making the evening special. He guided me through the menu, and I highly recommend the paneer baati rolls—they were delicious. The cocktails were equally impressive. I tried one of their signature creations, and it was truly crafted to perfection. After dinner, I visited the Polo Bar. The ambiance there is sophisticated yet warm. I tried their signature drink, and it was the perfect way to end the night. What made the experience unforgettable was how special and cared for I felt. The entire atmosphere, from the peacocks to the impeccable hospitality, made me feel truly royal. To top it off, the hazelnut profiteroles for dessert were divine. It was a birthday I’ll always remember, and I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone seeking elegance, warmth, and a bit of Jaipur’s magic.

Our recent family stay at Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur was a mix of exceptional hospitality and disappointing service gaps. To begin with the positives—the property is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its heritage reputation. The restaurant experience was excellent, with outstanding food and very attentive service. A special mention to Mr. Chauhan (Assistant Director – Food & Beverage) who personally came to meet us and ensured everything was perfect. His effort and professionalism really stood out. We also enjoyed the heritage ride, which was beautifully organized. The staff member conducting it was courteous, engaging, and even helped us with photographs—highly appreciated. However, the front desk experience was extremely disappointing and overshadowed key parts of our stay. I am an Epicure Inner Circle member, and despite clearly informing the team at check-in and again early morning before checkout (around 7:00 AM), the applicable membership discounts were not applied to my billing, including spa services. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue at Taj properties, but this instance was particularly frustrating. At checkout, Ms. Divya at the front desk handled the billing, and the situation was poorly managed. Despite my prior reminder, the billing was incorrect, and when I requested the name of the staff member I spoke to earlier, it was not provided. The response felt unhelpful and lacking accountability. I even requested to escalate the matter, but there was no proper coordination or response from the management team, which was disappointing given the brand’s reputation. If Taj promotes Epicure Inner Circle benefits, they must ensure consistent execution. Otherwise, it creates unnecessary inconvenience and dissatisfaction for loyal members. ⭐ Property & Dining: 5/5 ⭐ Heritage Experience: 5/5 ⭐ Front Desk & Billing Experience: 0/5 I hope the management addresses these issues seriously to ensure that future guests, especially loyal members, do not face similar challenges

The Best Property in Jaipur.. If you want to experience the real royalness of Rajhasthan,, The staff named Prem Bhati and Daanveer , both are so pro in hospitality .. I Had Laal maans which was full of authentic flavours..
