Rambagh Palace, Jaipur

Exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived we knew this was somewhere special. A greeting fit for royalty and a stay that’s +5 stars. The palace is a beautiful place, very close to center of town. It’s steeped in history and I’d highly recommend the palace history tour (free). But what truly made it special were the staff. Deepika was our host and she went above and beyond to make it stress free, from booking reservations to organizing an incredible room flower display (celebrating our anniversary) her service was exceptional. Saurabh (Steam restaurant manager) made a unique cocktail and surprised us with a special table decoration. His cocktails and mixology were outstanding and we felt like family in his presence. I can’t say enough about the staff. The hotel is magical but the staff make it memorable.

Rambagh Palace,We have visted this place for Hi Tea they have around 78 rooms so even when full it is very quiet so if your want romantic and chilled this is for you - if you want lots of people, noise and buzz I would say it's not. Must appreciate the team members Chef Dhruv, Swati, Anslam at Verandha and Vikas for arranging the palace tour for us.

Our butler Karan and Khateeb has been very attentive and helpful throughout. Vikas (Experience Manager) will do anything to ensure we have a comfortable stay and that’s royal experience. Every detail from the comfort of the accommodations to the attentiveness of the staff was thoughtfully curated and personalised, and it made our stay both memorable and relaxing. Staff here goes beyond just luxury it feels personal and genuine. Thank you so much🙏

From the minute you arrive under a shower of rose petals till your departure you are treated like royalty. Rambagh palace is my favorite hotel in India. We already went 4 times and it never stops enchanting us. The peace and serenity you get there is just what we need . Always Mr Nimish makes sure we get the room we like and everything we like is waiting for us. Mr Khateeb takes care of us like no one. He pampers us from morning till night. You need an extra suitcase it will be there in 30 minutes. You need to iron a shirt. No problem just say which one . You skirt is too long , it will be shortened in a blink . Thank you Nimish & Khateeb , Rambagh wouldn’t be the same without you.

A beautiful property with stunning view. We had an amazing time here. This stay at Rambagh made our trip to Rajasthan a memorable one. Comfortable rooms, great choice of restaurants, a historical bar and such professional and polite staff. Kudos to the team. Special thanks to the restaurant, housekeeping and front desk staff for considering our request as were travelling with elderly parents. Special thanks to Vikas from concierge, Nagendra from housekeeping and Vikram from Restaurant. Impeccable service and hands down one of the luxurious ones. Would definitely recommend it 👍🏻
