Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

Our stay at Four Seasons Jakarta was truly beautiful and memorable. The environment was wonderful, relaxing, and elegant from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed breakfast at Palm Court, and both the buffet and à la carte menu were amazing. For dinner, we dined at Alto Restaurant & Bar, which was an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent, and the service was truly the best. A special thank you to Clement, Anjar, Mario, and Lisma — you are all absolutely outstanding. We also visited Nautilus Bar every evening for cocktails, and it was always a highlight of our day. Thank you Irfan and Bagus for crafting the best drinks, and to Febrin and Ariska, you both totally rock the bar. And of course, the best man in charge, Mr. Julian, thank you for making the experience even better. Lastly, thank you to the Room Service team and Pool team for your warm hospitality — especially Vyna. We will definitely come back again. Love you all! ❤️

Our expectations of this hotel were high and they still managed to exceed these and then some. We are here on day 9 of a 10 night stay and have experienced the best service of any five star hotel we have visited. Check in was seamless with a welcome drink and cold flannel. You are then taken to your suite. The suites are large, well maintained with fresh fruit daily and we had some lovely welcome cake with a note on arrival. We are on the 14th floor and the views are fabulous. The air con/ heating is easy to set for the perfect temperature and is silent. The rain shower is very strong and there is a stand alone bath for a lovely long soak with complimentary bath crystals. Making up the room and doing turndown can be scheduled. They seem to sense when to do these. The staff know your name even when you haven’t been introduced. The food is top quality with varied dishes and there is a wonderful patisserie in the foyer which we are planning to try today. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable loungers and the attention of the pool staff is second to none. From complimentary iced water and healthy smoothies, to the occasional 10 minute trial foot massage, if you are there at the right time, you could easily spend the day here. The food here is the same as the restaurant and I’d recommend the wagu beef burger. There is a Starbucks just outside from the main foyer and an escalator will take you to a small Family Mart and some little cafes. If you are leaving for an early meeting or trip, there are complimentary teas, coffee and pastries in the foyer in the early morning. If you like walking, Pacific Mall is around 15-20 minutes away or you can easily get there by ordering a Grab taxi or get one of the blue taxis at the hotel. The hotel can help with either of these. The Concierge can help organise trips, which are at very competitive rates compared to online offers. If you are coming to visit Jakarta, do not miss this fabulous oasis in the city. You will not want to leave!

Jakarta can be intimidating, dirty, and chaotic. So I was pleased to realize that the Four Seasons property in Jakarta is an oasis within chaos. It's a beautiful property that doesn't look out of place anywhere in the world. It could be in, Paris, or it could be anywhere in the European cities. And as such, I was very impressed when I saw the quality of the hard product and how beautiful the property overall is. Now, this is only supplemented by what I can call the warmth and welcoming hospitality of Indonesian staff in the hotel, which made me and us feel very, very special. Overall, has one of the stronger breakfasts that I've seen in Four Seasons properties across the ASEAN region, and generally speaking, a very high quality experience and stay in a city otherwise that could be a little tough to navigate. In fact, it is such a nice place that I seldom wanted to leave the property to go outside. It has an exceptional bar called Nautilus at night that has live music and has a good Italian restaurant on the rooftop. All in all, a very pleasant stay and a surprisingly serene and high quality and elegant place in the middle of a chaotic city.

Absolutely love this place! The hotel is stunning, pool is gorgeous. Service was excellent, and the rooms were super spacious and beautifully designed. The welcome dessert was such a sweet touch. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
