That is how service should always be. Everything from a warm welcome, checkin, the room, the staff, the facilities and breakfast were excellent. The architecture inside, specially the lamps, are beautiful.

This is my third time visiting Nautilus, and I forgot the name of the cocktail my friend and I ordered. The staff were really attentive, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Irfan for recommending drinks and clearly explaining the menu, which really helped us choose something that matched our preferences. Ariska, Febrin, and Bagus were also very friendly. Overall, a great experience!

The Only Hotel in Jakarta Truly Deserving of a Two-Key Distinction! We regard FS Jakarta as the best city hotel in Jakarta—without hesitation. What sets FS Jakarta apart is not spectacle, but intention. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly touched by small, thoughtful surprises that revealed a philosophy of service rooted in authenticity rather than performance. Imagine returning to your room to find your favourite madeleines waiting for you—sent quietly, without announcement. Or discovering a dessert delivered later in the evening, simply because the team noticed we hadn’t ordered one at dinner. These moments were discreet, personal, and deeply genuine—true markers that separate great hospitality from merely good. We also love the design. The hotel feels intimate and tasteful without ever feeling compact. There is a clear sense of place, most notably around the Bensley–designed pool area, which remains one of the property’s most distinctive features. The location offers pleasing city views, anchoring the hotel firmly within Jakarta’s urban rhythm. That said, we do feel the property would benefit from a medium to major renovation within the next five years to remain firmly at the top of its game. The food and beverage offering is another major strength. Alto, the Italian restaurant, is particularly impressive—its outdoor terrace is warm and inviting. Palm Court, while historically less consistent, has shown noticeable and encouraging improvement in recent visits. And then there is La Pâtisserie—quite simply the most beautiful pâtisserie in Jakarta. It is also worth highlighting that FS Jakarta offers the strongest pastry programme of any hotel we visited in Jakarta. The season-themed afternoon tea is thoughtfully curated and elegant, and for those seeking a quieter, more intimate setting, The Library—adjacent to the pâtisserie—provides a calmer ambience away from the crowds and cameras. All things considered, Four Seasons Jakarta is a very special place. It represents a level of quality that is confident rather than loud, refined rather than showy—rich in substance, not style for style’s sake.

Had a great time here. One of the best I would say. Went here to celebrate Our Anniversary as well as my Daughter's Birthday. Its an all-suite hotel, so the rooms is definitely bigger than most hotel that we stayed. We was welcomed with welcome drink during check in. Just before going to our room, one of the staff, a young lady in the reception asked if she can personally give a plushie to my daughter, which make our day already. The room was decorated well above my expectations. We took the Privilege Benefits Packaged, which included evening cocktail on roof top. Outstanding service and the view is superb. Before we went to our room, the Turndown service was almost done. They even prepared us another set of cakes for my spouse and daughter. The amazing things I would say is attention to detail of each staff. They even went as far as giving me cleaning cloth for my spec because he saw me wearing one. Small things but yet say a lot about the attention to detail. Wife wanted to try afternoon tea before we checkout. Outstanding and definitely underprice. Paired with local honey just make it lovely. The only slight comment I would say was the breakfast. Brilliant in terms of taste but i just wish it would have more options availabe. Overall, fully recommend place to stay. Definitely planning to come back again soon. Thanks FS Jakarta. You have been nothing short of extraordinary.

Our stay at Four Seasons Jakarta was truly beautiful and memorable. The environment was wonderful, relaxing, and elegant from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed breakfast at Palm Court, and both the buffet and à la carte menu were amazing. For dinner, we dined at Alto Restaurant & Bar, which was an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent, and the service was truly the best. A special thank you to Clement, Anjar, Mario, and Lisma — you are all absolutely outstanding. We also visited Nautilus Bar every evening for cocktails, and it was always a highlight of our day. Thank you Irfan and Bagus for crafting the best drinks, and to Febrin and Ariska, you both totally rock the bar. And of course, the best man in charge, Mr. Julian, thank you for making the experience even better. Lastly, thank you to the Room Service team and Pool team for your warm hospitality — especially Vyna. We will definitely come back again. Love you all! ❤️
