Yolanda and guest experience team have outdone themselves. Warm welcome during check-in, amazing room (literally), pastry, chocolate painting, decoration in the room♥️ thank you as well to pastry, in-room dining and engineering team!! You guys are amazing! Hospitality up the sleeve, indeed. Can’t wait for my next stay with Four Seasons.

The staffs were all attentive and helpful. They were kind and nice esp to my baby daughter. The room was big and spacious. Super comfy and sparkling clean. And they gave us complimentary welcome fruit and notes from the manager. So thoughtful. The food selection in breakfast buffet wasn’t that varied but most of it taste delicious. Thank you!

Stayed on 11-13 April 2024 It was wonderful day in four season, we enjoyed stay here, the staff is polite and alert, thanks for Mr, Baihaqi who in charge at the pool he is helpful, it will be recommended to all my friends “FOUR SEASON IS THE BEST HOTEL IN JAKARTA”

The best hotel in Jakarta! We would like to thank all the staff who took good care of us during our stay. Our room was very clean and well thought out. They never turned down our calls for our every need. The breakfast was very delicious and meticulously prepared. And thank you also to Yolanda. He assisted us wonderfully.

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. It was especially nice to go on a Sunday and utilize the kids' playroom! The food at Alto was delicious, even for the picky eaters. We only wish it opened a bit earlier than 6 pm.
