Doni, Anastasia and Chrisian made my friday evening in Jakarta so much better. I enjoyed my time at Red Level Lounge, and they made me great drinks. Definitely will come back for the service. The food was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality.

I and my wife, visited Jakarta and stayed at Gran Melia Hotel in Jakarta for two nights. We arrived on 10th May 2024. Initially we booked a deluxe room but when we arrived we were upgraded to suite room for free in the 17th floor with very nice view of the city. We arrived around 11 am and check in was at 2 pm, but we were allowed to have early check in at 11 am. The suite room was superb, thanks to the front desk team and manager (a lady) who explained to us our upgrade to suite, sorry I can not recall their names but they really make us very comfortable during our stay at Gran Melia. The breakfast was super, there is no enough words to explain as it contains chinese, indian, european, japanese buffees. We had also a pool complimentary to test different varieties, which was also superb!. The lunch was also very excellent durinf our stay. During check out on 12th May 2024 we had a wonderful lunch at Chinese restaurant at a dicounted price of 20%, thanks to the lady (sorry we can not remember her name) who made all necessary arrangements and she tried her level best to make us comfortable and had a smooth check out. There are lot of to explain, but we had a wonderful ane memorable stay at Gram Melia, Jarkata. For sure I recommend to stay at this hotel whenever you visit Jakarta. We wilk definately choose this hotel again once we visit Jakarta. Thanks to tge security team who asisted us when we needed taxi, consiege team for directions when we wanted to move around, the retaurant team, the receiption team, etc. Thank you very much to the whole team for a memorable experience during our stay at Gram Melia, Jakarta, Indonesia. Breakfast is so good. We have been selected as the lucky guest and lucky enough to be upgraded into suite room which is very nice. One minus though I think the swimming pool vibes can be upgraded again, but it is already decent! Great hospitality from staff such as Wima, Ayu and Mondri. Keep up the good work!!
