Grand Hyatt Jakarta

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Our room, a premium two-room Grand Suite on the 11th floor, was very clean and well-fitted. The bed and linens are of high quality and extra comfortable. The kitchenette in the suite is tastefully secluded in a separate room. We appreciated the large refrigerator and quality coffee maker. The large walk-in wardrobe was very well designed and convenient to store all of our belongings. The fresh floral arrangement in the suite was a lovely touch. The club lounge and cafe were highlights of the stay. Very friendly and attentive staff with a comprehensive offering of different, quality foods. All of the staff were a joy to interact with and they made sure we were always well-cared for. So appreciated! The pool deck is a little paradise in the middle of the Jakarta metropolis. The pool is saltwater (always appreciated) and the grounds are beautifully kept. We appreciated that an observant pool attendant thoughtfully moved our personal items out of the rain while we were swimming. The men’s spa is also very well-staffed and appointed with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi. The dressing areas are tastefully designed and well-staffed. The property is conveniently attached to a mall with many restaurant and shopping options. From the bellmen and front desk to housekeeping and lounge teams, everyone took great care of us. We’ll be back—thank you!

Everything about this hotel is top class. From the check-in to the check-out the friendly staff will be there to assist. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend for any trip to Jakarta

As always, I am grateful to Suzanne (the Front Desk Manager). She has taken care of me and my colleagues for years upon years. She takes the time and care to always greet me and pays attention to details, such as arranging for reservations (e.g., transportation, Fountain Lounge reservations, etc). In terms of food and beverage, I would like to also thank Adrian Hauenstein (Executive Chef) for seeking feedback regarding the food quality and aesthetics as well as Soho for ensuring that we sampled a variety of foods. Margaret Timaslina went out of her way to take care of us at the Grand Café (as well as so many others at the Grand Café). Sabrina and Kemal at the Grand Club were also fantastic. I would like to particularly call out Teddy, who was on duty at the Fountain Lounge on the evening that I had an 8pm reservation. Thank you, Teddy, for having taken care of me and my colleagues for so many years (just like Suzanne). There are so many to thank, and the above are just a small sampling.

Worse, u don't really have any benefit being a member here. They don't hear what customers needs. Apologize only for formality, they don't take this seriously.

Amazing place, amazing staff, and a wonderful experience at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The entire team—from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff—was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-designed, and offered a stunning view of the city. The facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and pool area. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and served with a smile every morning. Every detail was taken care of with great attention, and I truly appreciated the hospitality shown by the entire team. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Jakarta, for making my stay memorable. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
