Memorable Experience
This is my 2nd time staying at The Langham Jakarta and the only one in Indonesia. This time I came & stay as a Brilliant Langham Sapphire Elite member and I got an upgraded to the next room category (From 1 King Bed Deluxe to 1 King Bed Deluxe Cityscape View) and I add a charge for a Langham Club Lounge for one day full access and Thanks to Mega as a Club Attendant for a service during my stay and Fenny as a Manager Club for allow me to have a breakfast at Langham Club & Tom’s at the same time (Usually we have to choose one of them) and That’s make me feels so special when I’m staying at the hotel maybe because other people may not allowed and have to choose one of them. Keep going higher Langham Club’s Team ! Thanks to Priya as a Concierge and helpful staff (Help me to take and bring a luggage from Lobby Hotel into 59th Floor Langham Club)

An enjoyable trip and returning again as a favourable selection
Total experience was spectacular, it was a pleasure to stay with Langham. There were only some issues that I felt needed to be addressed on: Dress code for breakfast need to be adhered upon and staff need to remind guest the ethics of proper dressing for breakfast. Especially those guest who don on skimpy outfits (short dresses/ short shorts with revealing butt cheeks/ even boxers). I somewhat expected the staff to be more adamant for the dressing wise. Nonetheless, the experience was well received and it was spectacular. Keep it up in maintaining the amazing work in the hotelier. Expect great services from there again! Thank you everyone!

Superb hotel and exceptional staff
Superb service from attentive and professional staff who go up and beyond to be warm and helpful. Eve could not do enough to make my stay memorable and provide support worthy of a CEO’s PA! Morimoto was a highlight for dinner. Smashing views, food and service. Our waiter — Yudis — was engaging, knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel attended to but never crowded.
