Raffles Jakarta

As a frequent business traveler, I appreciate a well-organized Executive Lounge. The Raffles Club was a pleasant experience, with no children, no one using phone speakers, and well-mannered guests enjoying excellent food and drinks. Afternoon tea, a la carte breakfast, and a cocktail hour that rivals fine dining. The staff - Fahmi, Rahni, and so many others - made it a special stay. The room and other amenities are likewise exceptional, but I would return just for the Club!

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of a month holiday and it was a great way to end it. The staff are amazing in this hotel from the moment you get out of the car at the entrance. We couldn’t fault anyone. Just a wonderful hotel and everyone so professional and willing to make sure you have an amazing stay. So much so we’ve booked to go back this year as well. The food was also very good.

Amazing time!!! Spacious room, clean with complete amenities with so many extras from butler 😊 They remember my notes that we were celebrating my daughter birthday and set up balloon. They also sending early notification to book extra bed knowing that the double bed room already fully booked. Service just amazing. Good location, in addition connecting to mall it is walking distance to one satrio pr any other restaurants in mega kuningan. Many kids activities in Kids club, further there were acrobatic clowns to entertain kids ♥️

I originally booked a two-night stay to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, we were unable to spend even a single night at the hotel and had to stay in the hospital instead. My room was upgraded using my Accor Platinum SNU to an Artist Suite King (Non-Smoking), which was very impressive. Unfortunately, my second SNU could not be refunded after the cancellation of the second night. However, the duty manager kindly promised to offer an upgrade on my next booking, and he genuinely kept his word. Sadly, I had to cancel that booking as well, as my husband’s illness lasted longer than expected. Therefore, this review mainly reflects my impression of the room itself and, more importantly, my sincere appreciation for the duty managers who were involved during the emergency. Special thanks to Mr. Ardi and the security supervisor (or manager?), who rushed to our room in the middle of the night to help transfer my husband to the hospital. What truly impressed me was Mr. Ardi’s genuine care and attentiveness. He later followed up on my husband’s condition in the morning and even offered to prepare breakfast for me if needed. When I asked about transportation between the hotel and the hospital, he also coordinated with the next-shift duty manager to arrange a shuttle for me. Thanks to the support from the duty manager team, everything became much easier—I was able to pay all in one bill and go directly to the hospital to take care of my husband without additional stress as I am not familiar with language and cash here. In the midst of this critical situation, I also forgot my phone chargers at the hotel. Another duty manager, Mr. Hendra, kindly arranged to send them to me via Gojek, which I deeply appreciated. I am truly grateful for all the kindness, care, and professionalism shown by the Raffles Jakarta team during such a difficult time. Thank you very much
