Our stay here was amazing. The hotel had pretty much all kinds of facilities, tennis court, gym, swimming pool & huge garden for a morning jog. Service was great. Room was modern and spacious. The most memorable part was their breakfast selection, which had poke bowl as one of their option. Overall, super memorable stay.

A pleasant surprise that a staff member, Salma, at the Raffles Club still remembered me—the only one to do so—despite it being over three months since my last visit. This kind of personal touch is exactly what Raffles is known for. During my stay, which coincided with Hari Raya, there were delightful surprises, like complimentary Raya-themed desserts delivered to the room. Truly an experience that makes every visit memorable.

Our first time stayed in this hotel! My husband & I love the hotel, the room, the staffs, the foods, the facilities and all of it!❤️ Staying here for celebrating my 30th birthday, and the kind butlers Egy, Erica, Juan & Felix arranged some cute balloons and gave a cake inside my room, thank you so much!😊 Not only the breakfast options were great, but also the staffs' service! I will invite my parents to stay here again next time.

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at Raffles Jakarta to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Truly, this hotel lives up to its name as an "Art filled oasis," and it was the perfect choice for us. With its luxurious and opulent atmosphere, this 5-star gem provided the ideal environment for relaxation and indulgence. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the very attentive and helpful doormen. Once inside, Rhany, the Guest Experience Manager, personally welcomed us and escorted us straight to the Raffles Club Lounge for a seamless check in. The process was quick and smooth, and we were provided with all the necessary details about the hotel’s facilities and the butler service. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. It was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. We were particularly taken with the exquisite bathroom, which featured a marble wall above the bathtub with the iconic "Digigit Kepiting" portrait by Hendra Gunawan, carved into the marble, an impressive touch of local art. Throughout our stay, we made full use of the luxurious Raffles Club Lounge, which is located on the 12th floor with stunning views of the Jakarta skyline. The daily à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with a la carte service and a variety of hors d’oeuvres were delightful. If you have access to the Club Lounge during your stay, it is definitely worth it. We also enjoyed the well equipped gym every morning, with modern equipment and staff available to assist if needed. The gym overlooked a tranquil garden, providing a peaceful and refreshing environment for a workout. Afterward, we relaxed by the sparkling outdoor lap pool, which was sunlit all afternoon. Next to the pool, there’s a heated whirlpool to unwind in too. The Navina outdoor bar by the pool made it easy to enjoy cocktails in a serene setting. The hotel’s garden area, which wraps around the outdoor pool area, was perfect for a peaceful stroll. It’s filled with art pieces and even features a playground, ideal for families or anyone wanting to take in some beauty and calm. We cannot praise the staff enough, everyone we encountered was absolutely attentive, helpful, and always smiling, ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The hotel’s location above a large shopping mall was an added bonus for those who enjoy shopping, as it offered a variety of stores. All in all, we highly recommend a relaxing stay at Raffles Jakarta. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta, this hotel offers everything you need for a memorable experience.
