This was our second visit to The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan.. and what an extraordinary experience it was. After previously leaving a 1-star review, today we are more than honored to revise it to a full 5 stars, thanks to the truly heartfelt and transformative hospitality we received. We came as a family of seven—myself, my spouse, and our five children.. and each of us walked away with memories that far exceeded our expectations. The service and care we received surpassed any we’ve experienced at any hotel before. What touched us the most was not just the impeccable service, but the sincere human connection we felt. Getting to know the hotel’s leadership team personally.. especially Mr. Ravi and the entire management.. created an open, warm channel of communication that made us feel deeply welcomed and valued. Our children, still very young, were treated with such joy and attention that their experiences became truly unforgettable. This was more than just a stay—it was a collection of precious moments that no amount of money or luxury treatment could ever equal. We sincerely pray that Mr. Maurizio, Mr. Ravi, Mrs. Melani, Mr. Micky, Mr. Haer, Mr. Kukuh, Mrs. Venny, Mr. Jaya, Mr. Irvan, Miss Alin, Miss Daisy and every team member who interacted with us, be blessed abundantly by the Almighty, both in their professional journeys and personal lives. I had very enjoyable short stay at this hotel. The rooms comfortable well maintained although property is old..The food dinner and breakfast at Asian restsurant was very good made me happy.Duty And PR Manager were exceptional Meloni and Sonny..Short stay but will come back to enjoy food n service
