Amazing Marriott Hotel to stay in Jakarta
I truly enjoyed the hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton, which reflects the essence of luxury. The staff consistently demonstrated polished Marriott service standards, creating a warm and professional atmosphere throughout my stay. My loyalty program status was well recognized, which made the experience even more memorable. The room itself was beautifully renovated, offering both comfort and elegance that perfectly align with The Ritz-Carlton brand. One note here, during my stay I requested for a wine bag for takeaway, unfortunately the restaurant was struggling finding one which I find bizarre considering it is a simple request and the property sold wine. But overall, a wonderful stay that reinforces why The Ritz-Carlton remains a benchmark for luxury hospitality.

Staff were Exceptional, courteous, professional and friendly
There's a wedding event on the day we stayed, so our room wasn't ready when we checked in after 3 p.m. but Sara delivered exceptional services that exceeded expectations. One of examples was that Sara escorted us to the lounge club for us to wait while our room was being cleaned and made sure that we were cared for. Sara went out of her way, above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Her level of genuine kindness and professionalism were truly impressed. We'd definitely be staying here again whenever we go to Jakarta.

Relaxed and recharged
Really enjoyable experience with the service from Yanie. Very clean and thoughtful, her English is pretty good and will always checkin on me if I’m comfortable. There’s jacuzzi and sauna facilities as well

Delightful staying at RitZ Carlton.. warm hospitality from staffs, specially from Ms Berna in cooking class kids.. Spacious room, delicious food and drink with huge swimming pool.
