It feels like time traveling, I used to play with my siblings at Club Lounge until today with different yet great atmosphere. Great service especially from staff named Royana.

I like here compared to JW Marriott, especially Vinsen, Deri and Royana who attentively assisted me during club lounge hour, ambience was cozy also homey feels like second home and selection of food are amazing, food quality also very good! Kudos Club Team

I stayed at The Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan just one night from August 9 to August 10. As one of Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members, I made my reservation via Marriott Bonvoy app as usual. There was a plan of "Exclusive Offer with Lounge Access" for 1 King Bed City-view room on the app and, the price was very reasonable considering the Club Lounge Access. After booking this plan, I used a NUA and the room upgrade to Mayfair Suite was approved. I arrived at the hotel earlier (at around 14:00) than the normal check-in time (15:00) and, the reception explained the situation that my room (= Mayfair Suite after the renovation) has not been ready because the guest who stay the room wanted the late check-out and, the room might be ready at around 18:00. And the reception kindly offered a Mayfair Suite before the renovation (classic type) for my temporarily stay till my room should be ready. I pleasantly accepted this kind proposal and stayed in the classic type Mayfair Suite till my renovated Mayfair Suite would be ready. The reception also proposed that, at the cocktail time and breakfast, I can have them at the Asia Restaurant instead of the Club Lounge. It was one of the biggest surprise for me because, it was my first time to get the proposal of having the buffet dinner at the main restaurant instead of the cocktail time at the lounge... So, during my visit, I visited the club lounge three times (= "afternoon tea" & "cordials and desserts" on the first day and "light lunch" on the second day) and Asia Restaurant twice (= "buffet dinner" on the first day and "buffet breakfast" on the second day). As I am trying "gluten free", there was little dishes I could take at the afternoon tea and cordials and desserts but, the foods at Asia Restaurant was really nice. Finally, I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Melany and Ms. Daisy at the reception. Their offers, explanation and hospitality made my stay really great.
