Classic Ritz - Feels A Little Tired
This is a typical Rich Carleton that has aged someD that some of the spaces like the gym in the pool area are below Rich Carleton standard. The club level is nice yet. The food offerings lack a little bit to be desired. The breakfast buffet and a la carte menu is very high-quality and it would be recommended to use that during your stay all other elements of the hotel were nice. We had a large executive suite part of the Amex fine resorts program and it was incredibly nice and spacious.

Had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the room was spacious and spotless with a lovely city view. Breakfast and dinner at Asia Restaurant was delicious with plenty of options. Special thanks to Mr.Sony & Mr. Eric D.
