The hotel service, as always, was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very polite. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can immediately feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The welcome amenities and recognition for loyalty members, especially for Ambassador status, were thoughtful and much appreciated. I truly look forward to staying at this hotel again. It remains one of my top choices whenever I visit the city. The hotel is also centrally located in Mega Kuningan, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of dining options, making it an extremely convenient location. Overall, it was another wonderful stay

Ritz carlton indonesia , Is indeed the best experience, i have had amongst my vast travels and staying in many hotels. This is not a hotel, it gives you the comfort and warmth of a home .
