素晴らしい滞在となりました。今回はスパヴィラスイートへのアップグレードをしていただき、さらに日本語を話せるスタッフの方が出迎えてくださったことには、心より感謝しております。また、宮古島へのご着任、誠におめでとうございます。新天地での日々が充実したものとなりますよう、お祈り申し上げます。 クラブラウンジのスタッフの方々は皆フレンドリーで、連休中という多忙な時期にもかかわらず、私の要望に応えようと精一杯尽力してくださいました。過去にはこのホテルに関して思うところもありましたが、いつ訪れても温かく迎え入れ、心安らぐ滞在となるよう常に配慮してくださるその継続的な努力に対し、深く感謝いたしております。 A wonderful stay, I was upgraded to the Spa villa suite and was greated by the Japanese speaking staff which I appreciated very much, also congratulations to them for taking a position on Miyakojima, I hope they will enjoy. The club lounge staff were friendly and despite being rather busy given the holidays made every effort to accommodate me. I have had my issues with this hotel in the past but I really appreciate their continued efforts to always warmly welcome me and ensure that I have a relaxing stay.

The room was fantastic. I was amazed by the night view of Jakarta from the large bathtub. I fell in love with Jakarta after experiencing the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful experience.

My experience started off on a poor note but ended up being good. It took 5 hours for us to be checked into our room. We arrived at 1 PM and the first room had a rank smell so I asked for a different one. I am not sure if they forgot about us or not. We were exhausted and irritable, but once management discovered my wait, they helped us secure a lovely room. We went to three hotels in Jakarta and my kids ranked the Kids Club at the Ritz their favorite. They did beading, towel art, made slime, cooking class, and painted a tote bag at Ritz Kids. Some activities were an extra cost but nothing too expensive. The chef in the executive lounge made delightful chicken and lamb dishes each night. Healthy salads were bountiful and lots of fresh fruits. The kids enjoyed the Indonesian sweets. My favorite persom was Eleanor in the lounge. She was very kind and empathetic. I appreciate the management's attention to my needs and concerns. My kids loved it, so I am okay. I really liked the jogging track. Cute addition.

I visited to jakarta for a quick transit, after a long flight there is nothing better than a quick check-in, comfy bed and shower. Ritz delivered that and more.. all the staff were genuinely welcoming and made me feel at home, they made sure check-in was smooth and surprised me with the upgrade of lifetime, was out of this world. The facilities, in-house dining, amazing bed and shower made me feel refreshed again. Thanks a million to all the amazing staff at ritz carlton, it was hands down the best hotel stayed i had for the past 12 months!

I just came back from 1 night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan in a Grand Club Room (room 2223) during Eid-Fitr holiday. It was truly a 5-star experience with a hiccup at the start. We were pleasantly given a renovated room, which was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with complete amenities. The room felt comfortable and well-maintained. The dining experience was a highlight of our stay. Food at Asia Restaurant was absolutely fabulous, both for dinner and breakfast. The Club Lounge offerings were acceptable and convenient, with five meal presentations throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, light dinner, and dessert. The lounge did get crowded at times, but it was still manageable and did not significantly affect our experience. There was a significant delay during check-in, as our room was not ready until about an hour past the official time, which was a bit frustrating after a long day. However, the way the team handled it really made a difference. Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive. Special thanks to: - Putu for a friendly and efficient check-in - Daisy for a smooth and fast check-out - Basyl from the Club Lounge, who was very engaging and even shared his experience working in Alberta, Canada. What a lovely conversation, especially since our kids are currently studying in Vancouver - Callula, who kindly offered us a complimentary dinner at Asia Restaurant as a gesture of apology - Ayla Sella (GR, HK, IRD) for preparing a thoughtful birthday arrangement for our child, which made the stay even more memorable We also appreciated the personal touch from Mr. Maurizio Moncalvo, the hotel manager, who came by our table during dinner to personally apologize for the delay. Additionally, Mr. Ravindra Singh Rathore, Director of Rooms, kindly sent amenities and personal note to our room. The swimming pool was large and well-equipped, and the security personnel were consistently friendly and helpful. Despite the initial delay, the excellent service recovery and overall hospitality made this a memorable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again.
