The quality of food served is fresh, delicious, and well prepared. There are some varieties option. The staff so friendly and attentive. I wanna thanks to Ms Hesti, Mr Jaya, Mr TB, and Mr Erlando. Thank you for the excellent service given to me. Spaces also clean and comfortable.  The combination of comfortable accomodation, excellent service, delicious breakfast, and great location make it a memorable experience.  Will see you on another moment !

Good stay, the person at the ritz Carlton is very helpful and friendly especially Royana who always taking care of me. Krisna to always making good Thai tea, Veren and Irwan who always greeting me when I’m entering the club, Chef Toyo who always make oxtails soup as my preference. Greet improvement atmosphere and LOBO n JUNO restaurant nice place for smoking.

Over the top luxury and service in a hotel with the largest in a city pool I have seen. Private outside villas with their own jacuzzi ponds? Incredible Club Lounge? Beautiful and perfect bar at Lobo & Juno. There are zero reasons to leave the hotel during your stay. I cannot wait to return.

Amidst the chaos of Jakarta this was a welcoming change in pace. As a frequent traveler to Jakarta for business, This is my first stay in Ritz Carlton Mega. Service is fantastic, all the staff in the club lounge are friendly, polite and speak good English. Clean and comfortable rooms create a delightful atmosphere. The food its really good!! It strategic location makes it easily accessible and close to my clients building. A big shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff for contributing to the positive atmosphere. Best experience ever ! I clearly remember several ladies & gentleman that served me very well at the club lounge , Royana , Fitria , Christian , Deri and Irwan 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 best service from them ❤️ definitely will comeback here again in the future.
