I had high expectations before arriving at this hotel, and they were not just met but exceeded. We stayed here twice—once at the beginning of our trip through Indonesia and again at the end. Despite our brief stays, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home, which was undoubtedly influenced by Ashee and the rest of the Guest Recognition team. Both of our visits took place over a weekend, meaning there were special activities for children: painting during the first stay and fun gymnastic classes with Benny during our second. The Club Lounge also offered some special weekend treats, which made each stay all the more memorable. My only minor “complaint” is that I ended up too full from trying so many delicious options! Staff members throughout the hotel were excellent, including those in the Club Lounge who always made sure there was something to suit our tastes. Because our children tend to be picky eaters, the team even prepared special dishes for them—something we greatly appreciated. We had the chance to try breakfast at the Pasola restaurant, which we really enjoyed, especially when arriving early to beat the rush. From the à la carte menu, the dishes were great, and Feris made sure we had top-notch service. My wife and her mother took advantage of the spa treatments and were very pleased with their experience. My wife also attended the Saturday morning yoga session, which was both high-quality and personal thanks to the smaller group. Lastly, kudos to the pool staff for their wonderful service—towels, water, and anything else we needed arrived quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning again.

I am craving 'nasi goreng'. Feris as a server was attention to me and enquiry my order. Then Wardi sent out the 'nasi goreng' to me. Mbak Mutia the hostess, Jahliani the MOD were very professional and courtesy. Akbar the CDC also ensure my 'nasi goreng' and all the rest of the pasola food. Their dedication was a benchmark and examples for the worker. Saltue to them

Honestly such a terrible experience, An outdated room, too much street noise that I couldn’t sleep all night and the balcony is full of spiders and spider webs! Like never been cleaned! Lack of the simplest requirements like a tissue box in the room! They didn’t even care when I requested to leave the next day, they were like we don’t have any available room. Unfortunately I had to stay in for the whole stay since my team was staying in the same hotel. I’ve been to Jakarta 4 times in different hotels which were like half the price if not less and I’ve never seen this bad service! I totally don’t recommend, Never again!

My mother and I spent two nights at this beautiful property, and the entire stay was nothing short of impeccable. At every touchpoint, the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton truly lived up to their reputation. Ucip, the concierge, greeted us warmly by name upon arrival, his friendly smile making us feel instantly at home as he introduced the hotel’s facilities on our way to reception. Attriq at the front desk ensured a seamless check-in and went above and beyond — from helping us secure boxes and radish string for my shopping treasures to arranging a surprise bouquet of flowers for my mom. Dian and Ana in the Club Lounge consistently checked in on us, ensuring every detail was cared for — especially with my mom’s vegan preferences. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality far exceeded expectations. Even at the gym, a gentleman kindly offered drinks, juices, and even post-workout stretches (though I unfortunately missed his name). What impressed me most was how every single Lady and Gentleman addressed both my mom and me by name throughout our stay. This simple yet thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about the hotel’s professionalism and true dedication to hospitality. I’ve had the privilege of staying at various Ritz-Carlton properties around the world, and I can confidently say that this one stands out as among the very best — if not the best.
