My stay at Shangri-La Jeddah was truly exceptional and sets a benchmark for luxury hospitality in Jeddah. From arrival to departure, every touchpoint reflected elegance, professionalism, and genuine care. The hotel’s Red Sea location is spectacular, offering uninterrupted views that elevate the entire experience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, combining comfort with refined luxury. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property. Service is where Shangri-La truly excels. The team is warm, attentive, and highly professional, delivering a level of hospitality that feels both seamless and sincere. A particular highlight was dining at Niyyali, the hotel’s refined Lebanese restaurant. The cuisine is elevated, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented, paired with polished service and a sophisticated ambiance. Niyyali has also been recognized by the Michelin Guide, which speaks to the quality, consistency, and overall dining experience. It is a standout restaurant not only within the hotel but in Jeddah’s dining scene overall. The hotel’s facilities — including the pool, wellness areas, and public spaces — are immaculately maintained and add to the sense of calm and exclusivity. Overall, Shangri-La Jeddah delivers a true five-star experience: luxurious, well-executed, and memorable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers, and a hotel I would gladly return to.

Enjoyable stay on the 17 floor with a nice view. Nice large room with great shower. Slept well. Good pool rather empty but good with view to the formula track, lousy WiFi in the pool area. Impressive breakfast with truly big but tasty choice of more or less everything. Good service. Quite some construction around the hotel. Hotel is not far from the airport but far from old town

Hotel is well situated, next to the corniche and right in front of the F1 circuit, also it's closed to the Redsea mall. So no matter for leisure or business, it's definitely highly recommend for international guest first time visiting Jeddah. We had a corporate event at Shangri-la Jeddah and whole team stayed there. The front office team are very friendly and helpful, check in experience was smooth. Room is very spacious, furniture and decoration is comfortable and practical. The bath room is made by marble, gives you a low key luxury feeling. thank god it's not gold color... the amenities they are used also high quality which is aqua di Parma. Among all the facilities, their waterfront kitchen restaurant offers fresh and delicious food. It is focus on varieties and qualities, not quantity, I guess we share the same concept that less is more. For the event catering, for our menu, Peking duck is included I bet you won't see it often in other hotels, it's delicious and the sauce is authentic, and it will be only available at Shangri-la, proud Asian touch. A very special thank you goes to Badr Mobarak, Director of Event, who was always available and just a message away, ready to support and accommodate every guest request with a positive attitude. It comforts you with the feeling that everything is under control. The presence of General manager Mr. Brice at various facilities also made our guests feel valued and assured that their feedback was heard. We highly recommend Shangr-la Jeddah and will definitely come back for next event.
