The hotel is luxurious and extremely comfortable. The amenities are first rate. The food is wonderful. The best feature is the staff. Everyone, from bellboys, to waiters, reception people, concierge, and the cleaning staff- all warm and friendly, helpful, kind, and professional.

We spent a Shabbat there to celebrate my husband's special birthday. Pool is great. We loved our room and the meals were outstanding.

We just completed our first stay at The Inbal Jerusalem and it was for the week of Passover. I cannot speak any higher of the experience. From the food to the staff the experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I was not looking for a complete Passover program but a great hotel, with amazing Passover food, and great facilities. I did not want to pay for meals we may not eat nor a program I wouldn't fully use and The Inbal fit that perfectly. Food - All meals were served buffet style including the Sedar. All meals had more choices of different foods than I can count. Each meal would have some similar dishes + always something new or special. There were so many choices that you never tired of anything. You never felt that food would run out or that you had to get there early in order to get food. We did not feel you needed to rush the Sedar to get to the meal. The food was so good that it didn't even feel like Passover - which if you celebrate, you know what I mean. You can tell they have thought out the details of food presentation and service and were on point at each meal. The Sedar was perfect. Each table had their own Sedar plate, hagaddahs, wine - everything to run your own Sedar. Every detail thought out and beautiful. Staff/Service - All staff I interacted with were attentive and kind. Every one was smiling and never made you feel that you were bothering or that they didn't want to help. Concierge, house keeping, and food service were all wonderful. Hotel Synagogue Services - Although I didn't attend any of the services at the hotel my father did and raved. Having services in the hotel daily and for the holidays was perfect. No searching for a place in the area and created a community aspect among the guests. I heard wonderful things about the Rabbi who lead services and he had great classes on the holidays. Room - I felt the hotel rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. House keeping could not have been nicer and more accommodating. If I try to think of some cons for the stay I really cannot other than I think the experience ruined me for going anywhere else next year.
