The best part of the experience was how well we were taken care of by Mr. Faris at the front desk. The hotel is spacious and the breakfast buffet is fantastic

Excellent service. A special shout out to Faris. Mohammad, George and Hamzeh at the front desk. The staff at breakfast was terrific. They were on it. And the housekeeping staff, excellent too. Than you for your hard work and commitment to hospitality.

Luxury, calm, and amazing location.
We highly recommend the Mamilla Hotel. The hotel is stylish, quiet, and luxurious. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and seemed fully dedicated to our needs. Breakfast is bountiful and between the lobby bar, cafe, and rooftop restaurant, the food options are great. The location cannot be beat! The guest rooms are on the smaller side, and it will take you a few minutes to figure out the lighting (lots of switches!), but the bathroom is large and the views are tremendous. Unlike many of the other high-end Jerusalem hotels, the lobby is quiet and there is a general feeling of calm. Big shout-out to Mark and Stephane at the reception desk. With the price.
