Visiting during Hanukkah!
Best location! So nice to be right by mamilla mall and such an easy walk to the western wall! We were there for Hanukkah and loved all the action at the mall! There was candle lighting every night and amazing concerts! So much fun!!! The Staff is eager to please! They will go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable! We felt the service at the desk was perfect! Couldn’t have been nicer! Thanks so much to all of you for a perfect stay!

Incredible hotel
Our stay at the Mamilla Hotel was exceptional in every respect. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and warmth. The check-in process was seamless, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, and I would like to especially acknowledge Stephaan, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The dining room staff were equally impressive—attentive, courteous, and consistently attentive to every detail. The hotel’s location is another major highlight, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, making it ideally situated for exploring the area. Thank you to the staff and management of the Mamilla Hotel for such an enjoyable and memorable stay. We very much look forward to returning.
