After spending the morning at the Four Seasons Ubud property (where we had spent the morning rafting and then had a lovely lunch on the riverside), we were transferred to the Four Seasons Jimbaran. The open-air hilltop ‘lobby’ with views of the bay and beautiful, landscaped gardens constantly reminds you that you have just arrived in paradise. We received a warm welcome and acknowledgement regarding our anniversary celebrations. Our villa, which was a double upgrade due to celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary was nothing short of amazing. The rooms, though aged, added to the charm of the property. The incense provided in the villa smell divine and enhanced our relaxation. We slept comfortably and peacefully every night. The bathroom is very spacious, with indoor and outdoor showers. The villas are very private, and the villa pool area is spacious and relaxing. We spent time in our pool morning and night which had magnificent views of the bay. We have stayed at various Four Seasons properties and our villa here was one of all-time favourites. The breakfast buffet will leave you wanting for nothing. Everything is on offer. We really enjoyed breakfast - lingering most days and taking in the incredible views. The entire staff are lovely, engaging, and attentive. I attended several yoga and stretch classes. All the instructors were attentive and knowledgeable. The setting of the yoga shala is amazing. There are several pools at the property which were never crowded during our stay. We very much enjoyed relaxing and snacking as well as taking in the views from the infinity pool. The spa is beautiful with so many choices of treatments. The spa staff spent considerable time with us, helping us choose treatment as the choices seemed limitless. My husband quickly became a spa junkie and would have had a treatment everyday if time allowed. The spa services are exceptional. We meet so many lovely team members and it would be an injustice to recognise only some. However, the food and beverage department went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. The chefs checked on me every day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Always offering to reimagine dishes that normally contain the foods to which I am allergic. The airport is only about 15-20 minutes away from the resort and you can see the airplanes taking off and landing across the bay. However, we never heard any of the planes as others have mentioned. Not once. This was one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. The resort is beautiful and the staff - everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and engaging. We were often greeted with - ‘First time in Bali?’ Yes, it was, but not our last and when we return, we will of course stay at The Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay.

This resort is incredible. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The facilities are amazing, with a great choice for relaxing, whether by your own pool to sunbathing by Alu with its infinity pool overlooking the bay and finish the days sunbathing having a cool crisp glass of wine and watching the sunset at Sundara. The food and drink is amazing whether you do in villa dinning to trying cocktails at Telu or dinning at Taman Wantelan. Some of the resort activities were complementary and we highly recommend the mediation by the ocean waves so relaxing. The chat function was so easy to use and a great way to communicate anything you need from booking a buggy to replenishing your mini bar. I would absolutely recommend getting a premier ocean villa for unobstructed views of the bay listening to the waves gently lapping the shore. If you are a secret plane geek like me these villas have super views of the the runway and airport too.

We stayed for 3 nights in a luxury villa with a private pool in this beautiful resort. The resort looks like an ancient village with 147 villas, several restaurants and swimming pools. The views of the Jimbaran bay are fantastic. The staff services and food there were amazing. We hope to visit Bali again and stay in this unique hotel.

We stayed for five nights, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The villa was such a delight. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They could actually remember our names and it tells a lot about the level of commitment they have. Good food options.

Fun Location, great staff and really good breakfast. We got to meet Alue - the monitor lizard in the breakfast venue! If you are looking for a great resort with great service and friendly and helpful staff - this is your spot!
