Excellent service , F&B perfect 👌🏻, ambience is warm and privileged. Enjoyed every meal during our stay. Cave dinner was very interesting experience, recommend it 💯 Widya provide amazing service and such a friendly atmosphere. All the staff members are very helpful, especially Rina and Nick. Amazing Honeymoon at Raffles Bali We had the best time at Raffles Bali. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome like we were part of the family. The service was top notch. Everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. Breakfasts were delicious and felt truly authentic. The staff seemed genuinely happy seeing us enjoy the food, which made it even more special. Massive thanks to Chef Gaetan Biesuz his food was incredible. This is my third time at this beautiful property, and each visit has exceeded my expectations in terms of service quality. I would like to extend my special gratitude to the chefs, who go above and beyond to cater to our tastes. The cleaning service is exceptional, and I am particularly thankful to the hotel management and the butler team for ensuring a stay filled with satisfaction.

The reason I am taking the time to write this is that it seems completely inappropriate to me that Raffles does not make this disclosure themselves: The hotel is suffering from two ongoing construction sites that engulf the property now from 2 directions. They are an eyesore - cranes, construction crews, dust, etc. But even worse, they are very noisy and create a sense of taking a 'vacation' inside a construction noise. Wherever you walk on the property, whenever you do so, if you are in your own villa (and many times even if the doors and windows are completely shut) - there's noise: metal hitting metal, massive hammers coming down, concrete being poured. It's there and it doesn't stop. There are no good labor laws in Bali as well - the noise continued many times into the night up to midnight (at some point we fell asleep...) and were there early morning. Now I understand Raffles can't do much about it, and the GM and team were nice and smiling and offered compensation, but our vacation was just ruined. The decent thing to do would be to not operate this luxury resort under these appalling conditions. The second best thing to do is to simply and fairly disclose it - so people who care will make up their own mind. But ignoring it and then trying to 'compensate' is disingenuous and not a fair trade. Good luck to all visitors from this point on. I wish I was forewarned myself.

We had an utterly perfect 2 night stay in the spacious and superbly appointed, very private 2-bedroom Presidential Villa. The staff were beautifully gracious and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our in-villa private seafood BBQ experience, and experienced many, many thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The a-la-carte breakfast is up there with the best we have experienced, with the servings tasting-sized, allowing you to try several dishes. The 60degC duck egg on avo toast, mini waffles and crepes were highlights. The spa therapists were very skilled and the gym well-appointed. We were already trying to plan to revisit before we had even left. Hard recommend
