Raffles Bali

I have never had such a wonderful experience. These are people who are meticulous and do everything for customer satisfaction. I was responsible for all the fantastic parts of my mom and I'm going to Raffles in the future, and I have sworn loyalty. I am especially grateful to Mr. henri, a general manager. His determination made every trip perfect, and yudi and Chris, who were butlers, made us perfect.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was truly exceptional. We would like to extend a special mention to our outstanding butler, Krishna Dananjaya, whose dedication ensured that every aspect of our stay went smoothly. Prior to arrival, we had informed the team of our requirement for Cleo water due to allergy concerns. Upon check-in, Krishna conducted a thorough villa orientation and thoughtfully highlighted that he had already replaced the water in our villa with Cleo. Although housekeeping initially provided only six bottles, Krishna went out of his way to source additional bottles for us. In addition, he proactively set up our sleeping ritual items in the refrigerator, anticipating that we would be out in the evening and wanting to ensure they remained fresh. His attentiveness to detail and ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them made a lasting impression. We would also like to commend Ketut and Jayak for their warm hospitality and prompt assistance. During breakfast, my accompanying guest, Ms. Lia, experienced discomfort and requested Salonpas. Within moments, Ketut arrived with not one but two packs. When her pain worsened, Ketut returned with Jayak, and together they brought an ice pack to help soothe her. Their swift response and genuine care made us feel truly supported. Krishna, Ketut, and Jayak are the reason we would gladly return to Raffles Bali. However, we encountered some challenges during breakfast at Rumari. Upon arrival, the service staff were not fully aware of Ms. Lia’s allergies. We had to highlight her dietary restrictions and repeatedly confirm the ingredients in the dishes. Only then did the team exercise greater caution and provide clarification. While they were aware of our requirement for Cleo water, refills were not proactive, and we had to request them multiple times. Additionally, used plates that had been set aside for clearance were not promptly attended to, requiring us to call for assistance. Ms. Lia also requested a dairy-free option for her Belgian waffle, but the request was declined as the waffle mix had already been prepared, and no alternative was available. This was disappointing, especially given that her allergies had been communicated prior to arrival. Despite these shortcomings, we remain appreciative of the exceptional care provided by Krishna, Ketut, and Jayak, whose professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced our overall experience.

The resort is very quiet and private, the villa is beautiful and cozy, the service is unexpectedly good, and the staff are all so nice! Especially our butler Sila!

A Balinese welcome kicked off our Raffles journey. We enjoyed the good service from Yudi and whole team. Nice room, great view, clean pool, and all at hand service make this Raffles stay memorable. My kid really enjoy the pool and facilities in yard. Had a very nice Balinese home visit, all the story telling and arrangements by Indri make this visit fantastic. Talk with local people, learn Balinese culture and heritages gives more meaning to us, especially to my kid. Very impressed on Balinese belief on life and respect all family member’s contribution. We really really enjoyed the in-room dining, not only because the delicious food, but all the supporting team delivered great customer experience with try best to meet our requirements. The 2 restaurants has the best view of Indian Ocean! Overal it’s a great memorable stay in Raffles, the ocean, the beach, the sand, the food, the room setup and most important, the friendly and warm smile people!

this was an all timer for me and my family. the raffles team ensured my family had the best time and they exceeded all of our expectations and could not be more delighted. so much so that we are planning to come back again soon. our personal butler "MR.THOMSON" deserves special praise as he made sure we extremely comfortable during our stay. our entire stay was a breeze and every request was handled with care as we had a 4 year old with us too.
