Raffles Bali

Our stay at Raffles Bali was truly exceptional. Chris, our butler, was incredibly professional—attentive to every detail, genuinely kind, and consistently courteous. His service elevated the entire experience. The entire team was equally impressive, delivering warm and seamless hospitality throughout our stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had.

We had an amazing stay at Raffles Bali, where we celebrated our pre-anniversary and my birthday. From the start, everything felt really special. We were picked up in a BMW X7, and upon arrival, warmly welcomed by our butler Aditya and the management team. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that made us feel right at home. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the Hilltop Villa, which completely elevated our stay. The villa was beautifully designed—stylish, luxurious, and very well maintained. The private pool and garden were spotless, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. It was peaceful, private, and super relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, the room was decorated with flowers, which made it feel even more romantic and memorable. The complimentary minibar was generous with high-quality options, and the welcome amenities were a nice touch. We also really loved the complimentary beach bag and hat—they looked great and made perfect keepsakes from the trip. One of the biggest highlights was our anniversary dinner at the Secret Cave. It was such a unique and intimate experience. Ratih from Rumari took great care of us—she was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening. Each course was beautifully presented and very creative, using ingredients like onion, carrot, beetroot, potato, and ginger in a really interesting way. Everything tasted amazing. We had breakfast at Rumari every day, and it was consistently excellent. The à la carte menu had plenty of great options, and every dish was delicious and nicely presented—honestly better than a lot of restaurants outside. Special thanks to Ikhsan, Imelda, and Widya for always being so friendly and attentive. The spa was another highlight—one of the best we’ve experienced. It was relaxing, private, and very well maintained. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was also beautiful, and the whole resort, including the gardens and private beach, was kept in great condition. We also liked that Rumari supports local farmers with their 80/20 philosophy, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. It was great to see Chef Gaetan coming out to greet guests and introduce the dishes—it really shows the passion of the team. We also dined at Loloan Beach Bar & Grill and had a great time there. The pizza, lobster spaghetti, and grilled calamari were all really good, and the beachfront setting during sunset was beautiful. It did get a bit hot and there were some flies, but the staff handled it well. We picked up a few souvenirs as well—their branded water bottles look really nice and are great to bring home. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The team helped with our luggage and late check-out, and we were transferred to the airport in a BMW iX. What really impressed us was that they even assisted us through airport check-in and escorted us to the gate. Overall, the whole stay felt like a peaceful escape. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the butler team handled everything quickly and smoothly. As an Accor member, we felt genuinely valued and well looked after.

Exceptional Breakfast Experience at Rumari, Raffles Bali Breakfast at Rumari was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and effortlessly polished, exactly what you’d expect from Raffles, but still exceeding expectations. The food was exceptional. A perfect balance of quality, presentation, and flavour, whether you’re going for something light and fresh or a more indulgent start to the day, everything is executed to perfection. The ingredients tasted premium, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. The setting makes it even better, stunning views, a calm atmosphere, and the perfect way to start the day in Bali. Easily one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Special shout out to Nick and team for their excellent service.

Exceptional experience. I thoroughly enjoyed another stay at Raffles Bali. The service, hospitality, food and villas are all incredible. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming. I highly recommend the chefs counter at Rumari for a unique and incredible dining experience.
