Raffles Bali

Our stay at Raffles Bali was amazing from start to finish. Our check in was seamless, and the property was stunning, secluded, and perfect for relaxation. The villa was spacious, with beautiful traditional Balinese touches and decor, and a beautiful private pool with lounge chairs and cabana to sit in. The room had high end amenities and a fully stocked minibar snacks and non alcoholic drinks included and replenished daily. The highlight though was the service. Every staff member learned our names and preferences, and the entire staff went above and beyond to fulfill any request. Our butler Krishna was fantastic, and took care of any concern and even looked up places off property to help us find salons. Rina at Rumari’s breakfast always remembered our tea order, suggested dishes for us and brought new things she loved for us to try. These thoughtful gestures really made a difference and truly made this the best service we’ve received at any hotel. Even upon checkout, we were given a private car transfer with snacks and waters, as well as personally escorted through the airport through checkout and security all the way to the gate. Highlights food wise were dinner at Rumari, with personalized gifts and touches for our celebration, the seafood platter at Loloan, and afternoon tea at Writer’s Bar. Turndown service was always a pleasure with nice treats and teas/drinks. Our birthday and anniversary we celebrated was recognized with cake and chocolate bonbons. We also had a complimentary photo session with the onsite photographer, and ended up purchasing more photos than the included complimentary print as we loved many of the shots. I could go on and on about this resort, but I will just say that after staying at many amazing high end properties around the world, this may be my favorite stay of them all. We cannot wait to return!

It was a dream vacation at Raffles Bali. Everything from the ambiance to the service was impeccable. A huge thank you to our butler, Yudi. His exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly special. Also, thanks to the entire team for the wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Staying at Raffles Bali was truly an incredible experience. The staff was so attentive even before I arrived. ​During the stay, everyone was very thoughtful and friendly. The room was amazing and spotless. Every single person on the team genuinely cared about my needs, from the airport pickup and spa sessions to breakfast and dinner, all the way until I headed back to the airport. ​Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. 신혼여행으로 신랑이 가고싶다던 레플스에 다녀왔어요. 쾌적한 시설은 물론, 직원분들의 서비스가 너무 좋았습니다. 날씨는 더운 발리이지만 발리 안에서 가장 아름다운 경치에 녹아들수있었어요. 추천합니다. We went to Raffels for honeymoon, my husband wanted to come here but i wasn't sure if we should come or not only because of the prices but once I experienced the vila and service provided, I was absolutely amazed by its view and their kindness. Also the food was so good. The weather was rly hot but still was able to enjoy every single moment because this place is so beautiful. The private pool made us able to enjoy our own time there. I would highly recommend the Raffels. Thank you so much Raffels!!
