I really don’t write reviews because business is hard enough without someone cherry, picking every little detail of your business. In this case, I felt compelled that they deserve me taking time to write about my experience. Having spent decades in the hospitality business and travelling extensively my wife and I feel we have a pretty good idea of everything from poor to excellence. In this case excellence doesn’t seem good enough. The property is absolutely stunning and exceptionally well designed to make sure you have all the comforts one could go for. Although when we discovered they had 32 villas and more than 300 team members, we had expectations of some highs and some lows. We left almost stunned that each, and every interaction we had with a team member was above and beyond. They could simply not do it enough to make us more comfortable and they did so with joy and enthusiasm. Something we feel that is very unique in today’s world. in speaking with Henry, the general manager and Gaetan the Director of culinary, who both graciously came to personally introduces they glowingly spoke of their team members and the Balinese people. There was a genuine and unmistakeable honour to being in service to others. This came that with talent and professionalism we have never seen in our travels. If you are a foodie, you’re going to be thrilled coming to this property as every meal was outstanding. Breakfast itself is a dining experience.It is not cheap, but it shouldn’t be. the experience they create is exceptional and we look forward to coming back from our home very far away in Canada.

This was a magical experience. Everything from the food to the staff to the rooms and entire property was exquisite from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We will be back and would highly recommend this resort. The food with some of the best we’ve had traveling. And the staff made you feel so special.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Raffles Bali and cannot fault a single thing. I traveled with my two children, aged 15 and 14, and from the moment we arrived the team went out of their way to make all of us feel completely comfortable, welcome, and cared for. The service was truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every request was met with warmth and genuine kindness. A special highlight was how attentive they were to my children. My daughter practically lived off their cookies, which they happily brought to her whenever she wanted them. At one point we asked for a chicken burger, even though it was not on the menu, and the kitchen went above and beyond by hand-making custom chicken burgers and delivering them directly to our villa. That level of care and flexibility was exceptional. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and immaculately maintained. Housekeeping was done to the highest standard, with the room serviced twice daily, every single day. The attention to detail was remarkable and made the stay feel effortless and luxurious. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. There was a wonderful balance of local Indonesian flavors combined with more Western-style cuisine, all done beautifully. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, making dining at the resort a real pleasure. The location is simply stunning. The beach is gorgeous, the sunsets are unforgettable, and the overall setting is peaceful and breathtaking. It is the kind of place that instantly makes you relax and feel grateful to be there. In every sense, Raffles Bali exceeded my expectations. The service, the food, the accommodation, and the location were all exceptional. There was truly no fault at all. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already dreaming of returning. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with teenagers who still want a refined, luxury experience.

I chose Raffles Bali as my pre marriage trip with my partner. It turns out to be a wonderful experience. I can feel how warm hearted the staff are since I arrived hotel lobby. They are all very nice and helpful. The villa looks great, with nice decoration, beautiful garden and pool. I especially want to mention Ramuri restaurant, which might be one of the best hotel restaurant in Bali. It starts with a special introduction of the set menu. While the taste is also amazing. If you have sufficient budget for a luxury hotel, you should try Raffles Bali.

One of our best hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was stunning, also breakfast was super good. And the buttler Mr. Krishna was friendly, and very helpful to us, providing us the best service. Eventhough they dont have the kids club yet, but they could arrange some activities for our kid.
