Raffles Bali

This time, we stayed at three hotels: Raffles, Amandari, and Bvlgari. Raffles gave me a true sense of vacation. We were lucky to choose Raffles, which had enthusiastic staff, beautiful scenery, and delicious restaurants. When we left, our butler Thomson gave us gifts and took good care of us. We will choose Raffles as our vacation destination again next time 🥰

Raffles Bali is the best Raffles hotel I've been to worldwide. It's size may be small and perhaps somewhat limited F&B choices (understandable as it's a small property). However, those didn't cause any issues as the incredible staff went above and beyond to identify, remember, and acknowledge each guest's dietary preferences (the 'sambal trio' was proactively provided and my dislikes were acknowledged at every meal). I rarely had to repeat myself thanks to their efficient internal communications (our mom's breakfast favorites were accurately passed unto another staff when the previous staff was off the next day). I also loved that Raffles Bali rarely requests its guests for their villa number, unlike other hotels on the island, which helps protect personal information, enjoy high level of privacy and feel remembered at the same time. In addition, they didn't hesitate to provide me round transport from other neighboring hotels when I wanted to explore other spas! During my 4 nights stay, from gardeners who rarely directly interacts with guests to a regular receptionist at the front desk, I never encountered a single staff who didn't greet us warmly. We felt genuinely welcomed every single moment. Lastly and most importantly, our main Butler Sila and Thomson who covered his off days were absolute heroes in making me feel satisfied at my choice of hotel during my first mother-daughter trip. The efficiency and accuracy of how they executed our requests communicated via whatsapp were constantly no match for other hotels. From the moment you enter the hotel & villa (with all its welcome floral & edible surprises) and leave (send-off hospitality at the airport), you are always reminded of the great choice you made in choosing Raffles.

We had a wonderdul stay at Raffles Bali! The villa is private, thoughtfully designed and decorated, well maintained and clean. We stayed at Panoramic Villa which has amazing view overlooking the ocean. Some people complained about construction noise, but we did not hear any during our stay. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. I want to thank all staff that we interacted with throughout our stay. They are warm, welcoming, helpful and doing whatever they can to make sure we are well taken care of. They took note of small little details effortlessly and personalised their approach to cater our needs, which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend Raffles Bali for anyone who is seeking for a peaceful retreat with Balinese warm hospitality. Will definitely come back!

During our 15-day journey across Bali, our family had the absolute privilege of staying at Raffles Bali. As a frequent traveler who has experienced numerous top-tier properties across various global brands like Accor, Hyatt, and Hilton, I can confidently say that Raffles Bali stands in a completely different league. It is, without a doubt, the single best hotel I have ever visited. ​This stay was the ultimate gift to my wife and our two young children. Every moment was flawless, but what truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary care we received from the staff. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our exceptional butlers, Sila and Yudi, as well as the entire butler team. Their flawless service and warm hospitality made us feel truly special and deeply cared for. ​One of our most unforgettable memories was swimming in our private pool at night, just gazing up at the spectacular, starry Bali sky in complete serenity. It was pure magic. ​People often return to Bali for its culture or nature, but if our family ever returns to this beautiful island, it will be specifically to stay at Raffles Bali again.
