Ishpreet, Rudresh, Sadik Khan, Karan, and Twisha were outstanding servers—they delivered excellent service throughout our visit. From the moment we entered the Pala until we left, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. One suggestion: it would be great to have the option of a firm mattress, as the spring mattress can cause back discomfort.

We had the pleasure of staying at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace for two nights on 11th and 12th July, and while the grandeur of the palace is unmatched, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service by Mr. Rudresh and Mr. Karan from the restaurant team. From the moment we arrived, both of them made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to detail stood out in every interaction. Whether it was remembering our preferences, curating special touches during meals, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect — they consistently went above and beyond. We’ve had the opportunity to stay at several Taj properties and other world-class hotels, but the hospitality displayed by Rudresh and Karan has truly been the finest we’ve ever experienced. They are the epitome of what Taj service represents — heartfelt, intuitive, and unforgettable. Thank you both for making our stay truly memorable. We left not just impressed, but genuinely touched by your care.

We recently stayed at the Umaid Bhawan Palace to celebrate a very special occasion, my parents’ 26th wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of magical. What made our experience truly unforgettable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, Aniket and Parkhee at the reception made us feel like royalty with their gracious welcome and seamless check-in. Rahul Ji from housekeeping ensured our rooms were always spotless put efforts to decorate the place to celebrate our special occasion. We had a private anniversary celebration organized by Swaroop Ji and it was simply surreal. From the setting to the service, everything was planned to perfection. It was a dream come true for our family. Dining at the palace was an experience in itself. A big thank you to Rudresh ji, Mahaveer ji, Karan ji, and the incredibly talented chefs who delighted us with every meal. The food was a perfect blend of tradition, flavour, and presentation. The guided tour of the museum with Hanuman Singh ji was both enlightening and inspiring. Even the small moments — like being greeted warmly by Papindra, the ever-smiling lift operator — made us feel cared for. Thank you to the entire team for making our family celebration so meaningful. We carry back a heart full of gratitude and unforgettable moments.

I recently stayed with my family at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur, and I must say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The welcome with trumpets was too good itself. The hospitality here is simply class apart. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we were comfortable and felt at home especially Sikander Singh Ji. They were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile and genuinely eager to help. During breakfast and dinner, they suggested the best dishes suited to our taste, which made our dining experience even better, i would especially like to mention Naredner Ji, Jabar Singh ji, Karan ji and Saddique ji. Another beautiful touch was how the staff took us themselves to different spots around the palace to take photos, and they ensured we got the perfect clicks with the best backgrounds and angles, special thanks to Sikander Singh ji and Sajan singh ji. We were celebrating our son’s birthday during our stay, and the way they made it special was beyond our expectations. Swaroop Singh ji made us cut the cake with a real sword while tying a traditional turban on my head, and as a surprise, even gifted a beautiful ring to my wife. The entire moment was recorded by him so we could keep it as a lifelong memory. I have stayed at many great hotels, but the warmth, grace, and genuine care at Umaid Bhawan Palace stood out. This place doesn’t just offer luxury – it offers an experience you will carry in your heart forever. I would also like to mention Deepanshi Ji, Rajveer ji and Malvika ji. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants to feel truly royal.

Staying at Umaid Bhawan Palace is like a dream come true for me. It has always been on the top of my priority list of hotels and the experience of staying there was magnificent. Being it a grand welcome at the palace, the grand suite room, super delicious food at Risala & Pillars, everything was just par excellence. The main quality that makes Umaid Bhawan Palace unique from other hotels is its Amazing Staff. They make you feel so royal that you cannot describe it in words. Some of the people I'll always remember are Mr. Gordhan Singh Ji, Mr. Sikander Singh Ji, Mr. Sajjan Singh Ji, Mr. Jabar Singh Ji, Mr. Karan Singh Ji, Mr. Hukum Singh Ji, Mr. Umaid Singh Ji and Many More. Overall, Umaid Bhawan Palace is Once in a Lifetime Experience. Everyone should try atleast once.
