Umaid Bhawan Palace

We stayed in Umaid Bhawan as part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebrations and had an amazing time. It’s such a fantastic building and all the staff are lovely and operate to a very high standard. Malvika and her team made our stay special, presenting us with an anniversary cake and a sword to cut it with! We had actually visited the palace 30 years ago, just to look around and have dinner and have great memories from then. So it was a real treat to meet Sikander who had worked there back then and share stories with him. The tour he gave us of the palace was fascinating too. Stay here if you ever get the chance.

We had an amazing stay at Umaid Bhavan Palace. From the moment we arrived, every team member made us feel genuinely special—attentive, warm, and wonderfully polite. A special shout-out to Chetan, who went above and beyond for us. He spent so much time helping us capture beautiful photos around the property—he’s such a talented photographer that we thought he was a professional, though he says it’s just a hobby. Those pictures will be memories we cherish for a long time. Thank you to the entire staff for such thoughtful hospitality. We would happily stay here again anytime.

Recently we had a great stay at the palace Umaid bhavan in Jodhpur which has been our exceptional experience so far . Entire team of palace management and Taj has made our stay super comfortable and truly an experience like a royal .Aniket and team is fabulous taking care of smallest of details and always sharing elaborative resolutions to our queries.Mr Sikander , amazing energetic gentlemen ,right from the beginning on the palace tour till the last day has taken us and shown us the palace and added special touch to our stay. Mr Dharmender ,Rudresh and team served us delicious food throughout ,Mr.Surendra and Rahul from house keeping and Butler services made birthday celebrations of my daughter super warm and special. Cookie making and moctail making was super fun ! We stayed at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable stays ever. The palace itself is breathtaking, but what made the experience truly special was the warmth of the people. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the celebration even more special. A big thank you to Mr. Manveer, the manager, for his constant attention and for ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. We also had a wonderful private palace tour with Mr. Sikandar Singh, the Guest Relationship Manager and one of the oldest members of the team, whose stories and warmth added so much depth to our visit. Every moment at Umaid Bhawan felt royal and heartfelt — from the hospitality to the little gestures. Truly an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return someday.
