During our round trip through Rajasthan, we’ve stayed at Bhawan Palace - a truely magic place! In the heat of early summer, it seemed like an elegant, luxurious oasis. The service was extremely friendly and professional. The highlight was a private tour through different area of the hotel, including the royal suites. Sinkander guided us through the premises and knew lots of interesting facts and stories.

The attention to detail was flawless—especially the beautiful birthday decoration arranged for me, which was thoughtful, personalized, and absolutely magical. The special photoshoot and the guided palace tour added such a regal charm to our stay, and a special mention to Mr. Swaroop for making that experience so engaging and memorable. What truly elevated our stay to another level was the exceptional culinary experience curated by Chef Shobhit Mathur. His dedication, warmth, and personal involvement were remarkable. He didn’t just prepare meals—he crafted experiences. From the rich and authentic Rajasthani thali to the perfectly balanced Thai curries, and even the indulgent truffle omelette, every dish was a masterpiece. Chef Shobhit went above and beyond, taking care of every minute detail and ensuring that our preferences were not just met but exceeded. His hospitality felt deeply personal, and his passion for food reflected in every bite. A very special mention to Mr. Aman and Mr. Karan, who attended to us during our dining experiences with such grace and attentiveness. They constantly checked in on our preferences, anticipated our needs, and ensured every moment felt indulgent and personalized. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly pampered—like real royalty. The entire team at the palace deserves immense appreciation for their seamless coordination, genuine care, and heartfelt service. There was a consistent sense of grace and attentiveness that made us feel completely at home, yet surrounded by royal grandeur. This is not just a place to stay—it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave. A visit to Umaid Bhawan Palace is something everyone must experience at least once in their lifetime. I am from Rajasthan and I have stayed at almost all luxury hotels in Rajasthan, but this was truly the best experience. The grandeur, the service both were exemplary. Mr. Sikander did so many gestures to make us feel absolutely special. Swaroop organized a small Rajasthani gesture for us which was also excellent. The staff left no stone unturned and made sure that we had the best stay, from stepping into the hotel until we left they took care of everything. Also there is lots to do at the hotel like cookie making, mocktail making, palace history tour etc. so make sure to do all the activities when you visit.
