1 night stay after volleyball Tournament at Convention
outstanding location: 2 mins walk to convention Globalist: upgraded to suite (my first time ever getting upgraded to suite as globalist without using suite award) Globalist Breakfast: no lounge in the hotel, so we can order breakfast at the restaurant, a drink and an entree is covered. - it is very interesting and beautiful hotel. I appreciated all the antique/old ambient. I can understand some people might dislike it.

Online check in was easy and our room was ready upon arrival. Room was updated, very spacious and had a good aesthetic. The location of the Hotel was perfect for us. We walked back after dinner in the Crossroads area and found a great bar next door for an after dinner drink.

Best hotel experience yet
This was a very unique hotel, almost ominous even. Its in a great location. 3 blocks to T-Moble and Power and Light. An abundance of parking garage options. And even better yet, the whole staff was excellent in every aspect. We will most definitely be back!

Charming and comfortable hotel in downtown
The hotel is located in the downtown area. Main attractions are accessible on foot. Room is beautifully decorated and very charming. Staff is very friendly with all requests. The lobby, restaurant and the dining area is well maintained and beautiful. Parties at night could be noisy though.

Living in history with a touch of modern comforts.
Very well maintained historic landmark and a great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and the stay was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were to change anything, it would be to shorten the wait time for the elevator. We stayed on the 12th floor and had to wait for 5-7 minutes for the elevator. Had we been on the 6th floor, we would have used the stairs as it was much easier even though it might sound a lot.
