Hotel Kansas City

An excellent experience in a historic building. As usually Hyatt went above and beyond. The breakfast portions are a little smaller than they were during our February stay, but still just as delicious.

Had a terrific stay at the Hotel Kansas City. The hotel has a wonderful mix of history and modern conveniences. The staff was excellent particularly the front desk and valet crew. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Extremely convenient to the T-Mobile Arena. Would highly recommend the Hotel Kanas City for your stay in downtown

I stay at this hotel every month while traveling for work. If you love history and appreciate architecture, this spot is for you. This hotel abounds with historical charm. The staff is amazing, rooms are always clean, and the lobby market offers a wonderful breakfast menu with a gluten free bun option. Location can’t be beat, just a few blocks from all of the downtown Power and Light District action. The only parking option is valet but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my vehicle.

My experience at Hotel Kansas City was absolutely fantastic. I was in town with my young daughter for the Hallmark Christmas Experience, which was incredible all on its own. The stay at Hotel Kansas City only added to the magic of our weekend. We arrived very late in the evening, but were greeted with a warm welcome at the front desk. After a quick overview of the place, we made our way to our room, and the beauty just continued. I loved the uniqueness of this place. They have worked so hard to preserve so much of the old charm. We had breakfast every morning at the Lobby Market. The menu is somewhat limited, but we enjoyed something different each day. There were a wide variety of coffee drinks to choose from, including speciality holiday flavors. We opted to sit down and slow roll our morning because we're early risers, but they have a great grab and go selection as well. The hotel is a quick walk to the nearest stop for the Street Car, which made it very easy to get to our destination each day of our stay. I cannot say enough about this location and would absolutely consider it for our next visit to Kansas City.

Amazing Hotel! I will be returning. Staff was terrific. Very nice historical building. Comfortable classic rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast sandwich is a must.
