The Taj West End

Amazing experience. Food and service at both the restaurants was amazing. Very nice service by Venkatesh in Machan for breakfast.

Overall the hospitality was exceptional and heritage was in the smell of this property. Breakfast buffet also has quite good varieties.

We had been to Taj west end for my birthday staycation and this was decision ever! 😍 The hospitality is too notch, literally nothing can beat Taj in this. They sent us a cake to the room and a lovely bouquet . The room was always kept sooo clean, it was amazing. The property itself is soo beautiful. Can’t say it’s in the middle of the city in race course road, felt like it’s a getaway to Coorg! Had lunch and buffet breakfast in Machan. The spread was amazinggg. Live counter was lovely. They could make almost anything you can imagine for breakfast. I would also like to specially mention Saravanan, Vankatesh and Swetha who very sweetly assisted me and my husband throughout our time at Machan. They informed us about the post cards , temple, different foods to try in the spread and even let us take back some desserts to the room . It was overall a lovely experience. We also visited Loya for dinner. The food and service there was amazing! Had chicken pyaza and bajra roti with a chicken shorba. The spice was adjusted to our needs and it was almost like they knew what we wanted even before we ask. I was given a shawl as it was a little chill. Hospitality at its best. Will definetly visit again!

I have been across many places and stays but I think this beats everything and purely because of their hospitality, it’s like they know us in and out and even before we ask them it’s there. It’s magic in here. The rooms and restaurants everything is top class and extremely well maintained. I have never seen anybody taking care of us so well. We were celebrating our birthdays and they did everything to make us feel special including providing a cake and a bouquet. Special special mention to the staff - Shweta, Saravanan and T Venkatesh, they took care of us really really well, everything we asked them was fulfilled without the slightest of hesitation. It’s simply the best. Definitely recommend coming here without a doubt. The BEST.

The overall service of the Taj west end hotel is amazing. It serves us like a royal family. I really miss the instrumental musican in the morning and the pianist at night. The contribution of the housekeeping staff is also commendable, especially Mr. Sansha's cooperation in explaining the history of the hotel and giving me a tour is beyond words.
