The Taj West End

Our recent stay at the hotel was, overall, a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were very, very kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Mr. Santhosh from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained everything you’d expect from a property of this standard. However, our experience at Machan, the in-house restaurant, was quite disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff came across as unconcerned and unhelpful. Several food items were mislabeled, which is a serious concern especially when it comes to meat dishes, as many guests have specific dietary preferences or restrictions. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk during checkout, the lady at the counter was very kind and understanding. She immediately acknowledged our concern and agreed that such mislabeling was a major issue that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, when the restaurant manager was informed, her reaction was defensive and dismissive, even going so far as to suggest that we were mistaken. This was quite frustrating and disappointing, particularly coming from a Taj property, where we’ve always had excellent experiences in the past. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and attention to detail at Machan. Despite this one issue, the rest of our stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the front desk and housekeeping teams.

I had a wonderful stay at the Taj West End Hotel. This is a very nice hotel with a charming ambiance that blends luxury and heritage seamlessly. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. My room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Taj West End for anyone seeking a delightful stay with top-notch service.

Satisfying stay. The Heritage Room , was just what my pet and I needed for a staycation. The lush greenery made the stay all the more soothing. The staff were kind with my pet. Special thanks to Miss KC who eased us through the check in process at our room, helped us get warm quickly as we had traveled in the rain.Also the security lady at the baggage counter. To get a taste of lush greenery and clean air like the Mountains in the heart of traffic ridden streets of Bangalore head to Taj west End . You shan’t regret it!
