The Taj West End

We had a fantastic and pleasant stay, right from the moment we were welcomed until our checkout. The entire experience was great, and the support staff were exceptionally helpful. A special thank you to KC from reception for their assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food.

The staff at Taj West End made me feel like royalty the whole stay. A few in particular treated me as if I was family. I would not stay anywhere else in Bangalore. All the gentlemen in the front greeted me each day and night with a warm smile. They were very helpful and kind. Nashtha at check was very kind and always had a smile for us. Mohammed bent over backwards to help with any need. In the bar and restaurant Diwakar, Rishabh, Jugma, Shobit, Sachin, to name a few, showed me the most memorable dining experiences each night. Mumtaz took care of my room and laundry impeccably well. Naveed made me a beautiful gold and Lazuli ring. I can not say enough good about all the staff. Thank you all Nic Lantz
