I booked a stay and spa services at the Taj West End for celebrating my husband's birthday. the whole experience was memorable. From the second we walked in, we felt completely spoiled and taken care of. Room was well decorated and the spa session made my husband feel special. A huge shout out to Ayushi, who made sure everything went smoothly. Her efforts and warmth added so much to our celebration. She was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. She even made sure we didn't miss the wine-mixing ceremony....we had the best memories ther. We loved the food and its fantastic...Every staff member at this property was friendly with exceptional service attitude. A thoughtful birthday cake surprise at the restaurant was more than just a sweet treat; it was a wonderful gesture that highlighted the team's dedication and attention to detail. We left with the best memories,and my husband felt celebrated every single moment. We thank Ayushi and the entire Taj West End team for giving us such a memorable experience.You guys are the best!

It is a beautiful heritage property with lush greenery and a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a classic charm that perfectly matches the overall vibe of the hotel. The food is also very good, with a wide variety of options and consistently impressive taste. However, the hospitality needs improvement. For a luxury property, the service felt slower and less attentive than expected. Some requests took unusually long, and there was a noticeable lack of proactive support from the staff. While the ambience, rooms, and food make the stay enjoyable, a more polished and responsive service experience would elevate the hotel to the world-class standard it is known for.

This hotel is one of the best in the Taj collection. The building is stunning, the facilities and food are wonderful and the staff are exceptionally hospitable. A speacial thank you to T Venkatesh and Anji for taking such good care of me.

Taj ..bas naam hi Kafi hai . The heritage of the hotel and the property is something that will catch your eyes the first. Standing tall and glorious . Staff , food , room , service everything is perfect to T . Executive from Booking Ayushi just struck the cord from the word Go . She kept all the arrangements as asked . We booked the room to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and yes, it was a memorable one . Do not miss the heritage tour . We are already looking forward to book pur next stay !
