The Taj West End

My recent stay at Taj West End was truly memorable and a perfect example of exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was extremely smooth, thanks to Agastya, who ensured everything was handled efficiently and with great warmth. His professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay, and even during checkout he was equally attentive and helpful. During my stay, I had the opportunity to dine at Machan, where I met Chef Keshav and Srijani. Their hospitality was absolutely outstanding. The way they interacted with guests and ensured a great dining experience was truly impressive and deserves special appreciation. I also dined at Loya, where I was hosted by Daria. While good service is always expected, Daria stood out as one of the best hosts I have come across. The attention to detail and the personalized care made the experience even more special. Another highlight of my stay was meeting Mr. Muniraj. I happened to bump into him while exploring the property, and he very graciously offered me a tour. The way he explained the heritage and features of the property was fantastic and added a lot of value to my overall experience. Overall, this stay perfectly reflects the Taj brand’s legendary hospitality. The team members I interacted with made the experience truly special, and I look forward to visiting again.

Recently stayed in the Taj Club room of this property and felt that this property is missing the 'Tajness' and 'Wow' factor that one expects from a premium brand like Taj. The Taj Club Lounge needs to be upgraded, and the service level needs to be improved upon; otherwise, it's not worth it. If you are expecting a luxury 5-star Taj property, you will be in for a major disappointment. Cons Taj Club Rooms are in need of maintenance. The Club lounge is too small and doesn't have a nice vibe. The Club Lounge High Tea and Cocktail hours menu has got fewer options. Front office and guest relations services need to be improved upon. Chaos at the time of check-in The property is showing signs of aging and badly needs overall maintenance. Not value for money Pros Lot of greenery, open spaces, and a well-maintained garden. A nature walk within the property is nice. The whole property is built into a lot of history.

Had a great time with my kids and family . the taj club room was excellent and the overall stay was great. the breakfast spread was very nice and we had a very calm and relaxed time at the hotel. the staff was also very friendly and took very good care of our requests. It was my mom's 75th birthday and they surprised us with a nice flower decoration in the room. My mom was very happy to see that. I also took the spa services and it was truly very relaxing .My younger one also njoyed the buggy ride inside the hotel. Overall a great experience.

What a beautiful Taj property!! Another Gem by Taj. Tajness is best experienced here. Rooms are very well kept, exceptional hospitality, good food with the best spread in Breakfast and Dinner.
