The Taj West End

We had a wonderful time at Taj West End, a property that beautifully blends history with tranquility. Though we missed the scheduled heritage walk, Mohammad went out of his way to give us a personal tour, and it turned out to be the highlight of our visit. He walked us through the fascinating legacy of the hotel with such detail and enthusiasm, making the experience feel truly special. The property itself is stunning—lush gardens, towering old trees, and charming colonial architecture that transport you to another era. It feels less like a hotel and more like a peaceful retreat tucked within the city. Every path and corner has a story to tell. Grateful to Mohammad for his kindness and for making our visit so memorable.

A truly unforgettable experience at Taj West End. We happened to miss the scheduled heritage tour, but what followed was even more special. Walking through the lush greenery and soaking in the timeless beauty of the place was absolutely magical. A heartfelt thank you to Mohammad for turning a missed plan into a highlight of our visit.

My husband and I stayed at this heritage property in April 2026. It was my first time here. I absolutely loved the expansive lush grounds, the beautiful rooms and the extremely efficient service we received. Especially Mohammed who was out go-to for anything we needed. He went above and beyond always wore a friendly smile and very willing attitude. He arranged a small puja for me as it was my birthday a few days before at the Shiva temple on premises, without being asked to. That speaks of a desire and willingness to provide service from the heart. I could go on and on but just want to summarize that you can’t go wrong staying at this heavenly property in the midst of the traffic and mayhem of Bengaluru
