Great experience in Taj Westend. Great heritage property in the centre of the city and you wont realise, you are in Bangalore. Any requirement we had, the staff was so helpful. Our checkin was done by Varsha, and she was so polite and so thoughtful on setting the room woth the necessary. A heritage tour was guided by Mohammed and was a great experience, we goto knw abt the unheard history if the property and was also introdiced to tata suite as a visit. Indira helped us with luggage and buggy service and was really helpful while arrival as well as departure. Overall a great stay, worthy !

Went casually for a breakfast at the Machan restaurant and the entire staff made it a memorable experience. The breakfast spread was superb, very well arranged and explained. Much thanks to Mr Naveen, Ms Mehek, Ms Jyoti and Ms Sakshi for the wonderful service. Will definitely come again for the same. Ms Sakshi went ahead a mile by serving a cake for us from her end although we were full. Special thanks to Naveen for the splendid hospitality! :)

Venkatesh and savannah are really nice and they take real good care every time we are here. Love the ambience and the service, would definitely recommend other and would love to come back again and again. This place really has something in itself as we feel relaxed sitting there and chilling.

Heritage properties have an unmatched aura which has been preserved very well by the Taj team . The place has a timeless beauty with the well maintained. foliage and gardens adding to it . True to the Taj name the service was impeccable . We were made to feel very welcome by Jhanavi at the front desk. The heritage walk by Mohammed took us back in time and beautifully recreated the past glory that the hotel has had. He obviously takes a lot of pride and comes across as an excellent brand ambassador of the Iconic Taj brand .
