The best hospitality
A beautiful property of 17 acres with rooms and cottages and the scenic Kumarakom lake on one side. Though summers are humid, a downpour will refresh the atmosphere and make it cool. I have always believed that people maketh the place and that holds true for Zuri Kumarakom. A more sincere and pleasant bunch of people I have not seen. Whatever the request, whatever the query, whatever the feedback - it was always responded with a smile and the utmost sincerity. I don't remember the names of all those I interacted with, but special mention to - Akshay of housekeeping for being responsive and efficient and cordial. The food was not entirely to our taste, but the restaurant staff were excellent - Sreelal, Nikhil, Anjali , Abhila, Arpan. Front office also proved very efficient - Sayathan, Sharath. Also thanks to Dr Vishwapriya - Maya Spa head, for being cordial and keeping my parents occupied during a heavy evening rain.

Akshay house keeper he is the excellent and supper in keeping the rooms clean and good and he is the hard worker he is very frndly and the boat ride was so good the zurii kumarakam resort was so nice every staf was so good handling every nice I like the backwater view' verey nice experience zurii ❤️❤️

An amazing weekend getaway
An amazing weekend getaway made even better with the help of some of the best staff of The Zuri Kumarakom!! Thanks to: Akshara, Shinie, Abhishek from front desk Anjali & Nikhil from Lime Tree Sanchitha & Bibin from housekeeping Sunil & Deepthi from the Maya Spa Thank you for helping us keep our two boys engaged and making sure we all have a beautiful weekend holiday!! One improvement point: Please provide more options in your A La Carte spread and your breakfast buffet can have better variety.

Wonderful Place to relax and calm down
Very nice and peaceful Hotel with an excellent breakfast and wonderful very friendly staff. Good to relax and calm down. Beautiful garden with lots of Birds and Flowers. We had a phantastic time! The Services Like boat Trips were well organized. Great experience!

Perfect relaxation
Really comfortable stay Team was very warm Binu is very knowledgeable and knows what his details are . I’m would recommend a stay at this place and to visit the 1000 year old mosque that is 6km away. The people in the resort catered to all our requests esp when we wanted to know about the room service details . I would suggest trying the pearl fish baked in banana leaves
