Stayed here for two days enroute to Key West. This is a great spot a Hilton Curio hotel. Room was open spacious and great sea view. Amazing sunset. The Dry Rocks bar was great fun, and at around sunset they serve free champagne to roast the sunset. This is a really great touch. The staff are super helpful and will help with anything needed. We wanted to book a private area which was show stopping, to relax all day, and we couldn’t use the app. This wasn’t an issue and they told us to go and settle in the area and they took care of the rest. Would recommend

Not a nice start to the trip. Previously had nice time and very dog friendly. Today shortly after arriving to the resort went to bar patio and was rudely informed our very small dog was not allowed on patio furniture. Also didn’t bring our dog any water who was overheating . Not a pleasant first 20 minutes on property. Very disappointed since faq does not mention Any policypreviously policy was never mentioned. Something like that needs to be clearly documented. Staff appears unprofessional and lazy and rude. Guard at gate didn’t greet us and would hardly help us inter the resort. Staff needs an improvement and consistency.

I think this hotel caters for weddings and maybe that's what they need to stick too. Everyone else isn't a good enough income stream to them so it feels that you aren't worth the trouble. We had to have 2 rooms over our 4 night stay (not their fault as we arrived for an extranight) but we waited ALL day for a text to say our room would be ready but that never arrived. Apparently it's because I have an international number(which wasn't an issue for the hilton in Orlando btw) I really have too much to write and don't want to bore people but No I would not return.

My initials are PC so the events planner knows who this is. My wife and I have stayed at this property 2 x before for a couples get away. My son and his fiancee decided to have their wedding here. First the rooms. Great shower pressure. Very hot water. Clean. Housekeeping was great. Mattress was very comfortable. All as hoped. Checkin was seamless and easy. We casually ate at Calusa and Dry Rocks. Food was excellent at both each time. Property was very well maintained. We stayed in the Hammocks wing which is on the shady quiet side which is our preference. For the wedding. 80 people flew down from the northeast. We had a block of rooms. All went smooth with the rooms. We had a welcome event the night before at the pool which was reserved private for our group. The Mexican style buffet. We thought it would be finger food. WRONG! Perfect full size dinner items. Way better than expected! The stay and bartenders were beyond friendly and accommodating. The welcome party went off without a glitch. The next day wedding was just as good. Beach set up. Under the trees followed by an event in the room adjacent upstairs to Calusa. Dinner menu was exactly as requested including those with dietary restrictions and allergies. No errors. Food was hot and brought out timely. The wait staff ended up basically dancing as they did their tasks. Maybe the friendliest ever... This will be pretty hard to top for anyone. My family would like to personally thank Laurel, the events planner, and her team. Do not think twice about this venue.

The staff are world class. From the warm welcome of Ainsworth upon arrival to the attention and care from Shana, Marvin, and my Haitian brother in Calusa, we were right at home the whole time. And extra special thanks to the bartender who created the perfect Hemingway Adquirir.
