Woodmark is at an excellent location, that’s the only thing it got. I had an extended stay during holiday at the hotel with my wife costing me pretty penny. Rooms are basic(3 out of 5), I had a room on 2nd floor facing the lake. Even the view is blocked by tent. If you are taking a room facing lake make sure it is on 3rd floor or higher. Cleanliness(4 out of 5); service (1 out of 5) they don’t even provide water bottles, they only provide for 1st day. For rooms costing $370+ per day I would expect basic service like providing water. I asked for extending the checkout for 1 hour, the man at the front desk outright said no. I told him that I was staying for 4 nights, we need little more time to pack, he didn’t have the courtesy to extend the checkout out by 1 hour. Value(0 out of 5) beyond the room fees, you get charged $25 for self parking and other I will not stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel's location is beautiful, but for $300 a night, the value is not there. The room was basic with limited amenities, and the mini-fridge was empty (seriously, wtf!). There was no room service, bar, or restaurant. My stay was made worse by a poor night's sleep due to a noisy garbage truck at 6:15 a.m. and an air conditioner that blew directly on my face. I would not recommend this hotel. I'm glad this was for a work trip and I didn't have to pay for it.

I booked a reservation here based on a friend’s recommendation, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. This resort is staffed with a friendly, courteous, and attentive staff, is surrounded with spectacular scenery, has several delightful restaurants, and is conveniently located to downtown Seattle, local restaurants and nearby areas. The rooms are well appointed and guests are offered various amenities. Will definitely not hesitate about staying here during future trips.

The lakeside hotel offered comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and good meeting space. The late-night pantry was a welcomed treat for my late arrival. The spacious room was thoughtful for the business traveler. From check-in to coffee to meals and check-out, staff were accessible and friendly. I recommend this hotel and Ms. Davidson's team.

Came for our anniversary. It is a quiet place with great parking, and welcome service included sparking wine or sparkling cider. You can hear the water lapping the shore. Cozy outside fires at night. The whole hotel is beautiful and well kept. Raiding the snack pantry is worth it. Fun to see grown adults with the joy of kids sneaking treats.

I want to say that your hotel was definitely the best hotel experience I've ever had! From start to end, your incredible staff assisted me in so many ways, helping me with driving directions, helping me to find the nearest shopping center, etc. Not to mention the beautiful job you all did for my niece's wedding! The grounds were immaculate, beautiful scenery, wonderful room and view... As I said, your entire staff was so great and so accommodating. Hats off to your entire staff for making this wedding event and hotel stay so special. Great job! P.S. I also loved the "raid the pantry" deal, it's a very nice extra special touch!

We had many family and friends staying at Woodmark Hotel for our daughter's wedding. We all agree that the service and experience was outstanding. Thank you for all of the attention to detail and for making our daughter's special day so memorable.
