The foods and beverages are very delicious. Khun Kwan, Ocha, Seven, Daimon are helpful and friendly.

We had a truly fantastic stay. Special thanks to our host, Dada, whose warmth and attentiveness made our visit even more memorable. We’d also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Nittaya, Sasipim, and Boy for the incredible service they provided with our room — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Absolutely stunning resort with service to match ! Loved every moment of our stay at Banyan tree. The service from the beautiful Thai staff was exceptional. They go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Our villa host was great & sent us things to do around the resort & was our go to for any questions. We got upgraded to the family horizon Hillcrest villa, the villa was stunning & the view even better. The infinity pool had a 360deg view over the resort & the sea. The resort is very steep & hilly but it’s easy & fun to get around in the buggy’s, we never had to wait long. The food was amazing & the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve encountered, everything you can think of is there. We attended the Thai street food market night at the beachfront restaurant. The food was delicious & they had entertainment that got the guests involved which was fun. The food & drinks were pricey, but I think you expect that in a resort of this standard. The only negative for me was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurants, mainly at dinner time. When they had a theme night, there were very few vegetarian options. Our lovely host did discount our daughter’s meal after we mentioned this. This is the only improvement I can think of otherwise it’s perfection. Hope to return one day, highly recommend.

It has been on my mind to leave this review for so long because WOW! This was an amazing experience from start to finish. This hotel is not just exceptionally beautiful but has the staff and hospitality to match. Each individual we met that worked there went above and beyond to accommodate us In every way possible and always to a high standard. Before I arrived I had email with particular room requests and it was also my birthday. When we arrived I was so shocked that all the staff knew who we were and exactly what I had requested and everything was in place for us! I was almost crying of happiness. Tak was our personal butler for our stay and I’m so happy to have met her, I even miss her until now. She knew every restaurant, every place, everything!! Any place I would ask her about she would have all the knowledge which was just amazing. She helped me book so many beautiful places and planned so much beautiful things to make my birthday special! One of them was the buggy arrived to pick me up covered in balloons and flowers with a birthday message for me. Her service was amazing throughout our entire stay. Thank you soo much Tak! My room was like something out of a dream pictures really do not do this place justice. The sound of the birds and insects in the morning. The sunrise, the sea every aspect of this resort is breathtaking. The spa was also very nice and we had a free massage with our room that was amazing. Our room had fruit and snacks daily, cleaning twice a day! An amazing shower that over looked the sea. Out of everywhere in Thailand Koh samui definitely in my opinion had the best restaurants and hospitality. We enjoyed so many very tasty and beautiful restaurants. There’s so much I haven’t mentioned but I cannot wait to return with my partner and this time around bring my son. Thank you for everything 10/10 ! T
