We spent four days at Napasai. All the villas have great views of the ocean and are spacious and well equipped. Infinity pool was a great place to hang out. Staff was very attentive and remembered what we liked. Great value for the money.

Gorgeous setting, wonderful lay out, villas are generous in size with amazing sea views. Staff give a personal touch and their service is outstanding. Beach is a dream, private and clean.

All the staff are amazing and so helpful. Wonderful location. Rooms were very nice. Food at the beach was excellent.

We are spoiled with abundant choices in Koh Samui and we picked the stellar one - Napasari, A Belmond Hotel. Our priorities are 1. excellent weather 2. Private & nice sand beach 3. Excellent sports and wellness facilities 4. Sense of privacy and serenity, Full score on all dimensions but above all the staff. Chud the wellness and fitness manager has been unreal. You keep the team and all the facilities in top notch conditions. We will come back becoz of you.

I don’t have experience of other resorts on the island. Maybe some look newer, maybe some might look more luxurious. Somehow this turns out to be the pretty much a perfect experience. Staff are fabulous, location on an incredibly private beach is amazing. Rooms spacious and traditional finish. Restaurants were to a very high standard. Without being overly flash it just does it all near perfectly. I can’t think of any better hotel I’ve stayed in. Remarkable.
