Conrad Koh Samui

Stayed at the Conrad KS for our anniversary. The property is beautiful with incredible views. At check in, the host was quick to remind us of the no drone and no durian policy. I highly appreciated this. The highlight was the service. Marco (GM) and Chris (Exec Chef) arranged a private tour of Iris farms to pick the vegetables for our cooking class led by Jimmy. Brent, Ying, Neen, and Nok took care of us for every meal, including pre-calling a buggy to take us back to our room. Boom and his colleague did a great job teaching us all about coffee and teas. The hotel is private enough (approx ~200 guests at peak), such that the gym classes were basically private lessons with Tekno. My suggestions for the future: Add more classes such as Pilates. Market the eco friendliness/environmental sustainability of the hotel. The hotel grows its own food, recycles materials for use on the farm, and roasts its own coffee that's produced in Chiang Mai. The Conrad KS stands out amongst the many Thai resorts out there. We were blown away by the service and will be going back.

From the moment we arrived at Conrad Koh Samui, the staff welcomed us and greeted us with a warm smile. Our private villa was so classy with a very big pool and fantastic view. My daughter and I enjoyed the complimentary activities like Thai Inhaler, Thai Herbal Compress and Project Iris Farm tour. Our sincere thanks to the hospitality of Mr. Sam and two of his staff who took us to the town to taste the local thai dishes and we super enjoyed the private boat island experience they provided. His proactive assistance was exceptional. We had a memorable and enjoyable stay and will surely come back.

 Fabulous stay at this resort perched on a cliff overlooking the stunning South China Sea. We stayed at a 2 bedroom pool villa with large living & dining areas, plus a kitchen. Lots of activities with complimentary classes that taught how to make kombucha, coffee roasting, herbal press & herbal snuff boxes. The high light was a visit to the in-house farm, where free range chicken & ducks were reared for their eggs, as well as the cultivation of vegetables & fruit. We also brought back to Singapore small lemon trees (along with roots), as well as flowering plants & herbs to cultivate in our home gardens. Live mementos of our stay at the Conrad Samui; so to speak. Some of the produce offered at breakfast were sourced from the farm. The eggs were exceptionally good as with most of the other offerings. The range was extensive; without compromising on quality. Service was prompt and attentive. As we had a large villa & celebrating a birthday; a private dining setting was prepared in our enclosed garden. The setting was spectacular with the sea views & beyond. The senior management are very hands on, led by the GM Marco Araujo. It’s very apparent the service attention to detail & service quality; is of the highest standard. The absolute impeccable Seaview Villa we stayed in is immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained, offering a sense of calm, privacy, and indulgence. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond with personalized surprises and thoughtful touches that made the occasion incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and highly personalized—a true hallmark of world-class hospitality. Both the General Manager, Marco, and Operations Manager, Brent, made it a point to connect with us directly, showing a level of care and involvement that is truly rare. The resort’s attention to detail is flawless—everything from the welcome drinks to the turndown service felt curated just for us. One of the highlights was learning that 70% of the vegetables, herbs, and even fresh eggs used across the resort come from their own organic farm, which we had the pleasure to visit. It added so much to the dining experience knowing everything was so fresh and sustainably sourced. The dining options were incredible—each meal was a culinary journey with vibrant flavors, impeccable presentation, and stunning settings overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Spa treatments were sublime, the wellness offerings were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was tranquil yet sophisticated. Staff members remembered our names, preferences, and even small things we mentioned in passing—true five-star personalized service. We left feeling completely relaxed, celebrated, and incredibly grateful for such a special experience. Without hesitation, we will be returning—Conrad Koh Samui has set a new standard for luxury travel in our hearts.
