Conrad Koh Samui

I had the pleasure of visiting Conrad Koh Samui and spent some time relaxing at their café. The atmosphere was incredible, with stunning views that made it the perfect place to unwind. 💛 The staff in every department were so kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made me feel truly special from the moment I arrived. The drinks were delicious and worth the price, and I was impressed by the beautiful artwork painted by the staff themselves, adding a unique and personal touch to the space. 🎨✨ A special mention to Khun Da and Khun Anne for their warm hospitality and beautiful smiles—they made my visit even more memorable. Everything about this place was exceptional, and I left with nothing but happy memories. 💕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars) If you’re visiting Koh Samui, I highly recommend stopping by!

The view was stunning and it contributed to a relaxing experience. The breakfast options were also delicious and Marco@resort GM and Mr. Bank helped made the experience extremely unforgettable with their hospitality and kindness. The rooms were also very comfortable and the accessories within the rooms were truly exceptional. We also wish to thanks the front desk Miss Hely and JA for their arrangements and hospitality as per our request. I will definitely back again in near future.

We had a great time at this hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Samui, and I would say this is the best one. The hotel is located at a corner of the island, so the view from the room is pretty nice—completely unobstructed. However, because the hotel is situated at a corner of the island, there’s pretty much no nightlife. Don’t expect to go out for a walk or get a beer after dinner. The kids may end up spending time on their iPads in the room after dinner. During the day, there are several activities that are quite interesting. I highly recommend joining the herbal ball making activity. I’ve tried herbal ball massages before but never knew what the balls were made of. Another activity worth joining is the farm trip. They mentioned that some of the food supply comes from their own farm. The kids enjoyed the trip, but honestly, it wasn’t for me—too many mosquitoes. As for the food, taste is very personal, so I won’t comment too much, but I would say the quality is okay. Lastly, the service. Before we arrived, I did some research and noticed that several reviews mentioned a manager named Hely. When we met her face-to-face, she is good, as well as we expected, a very detail-focused lady . I will say this hotel is 90 out of 100. Its very good but still room to improve.

We are writing this review with one night left, but Conrad Koh Samui is outstanding in every way and one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in across the globe. We stayed in room 305, a Five Islands Pool Villa that was phenomenally comfortable with an unbelievable view. Our housekeepers (Pat, Nam, and more) have been the best of the best leaving the room in pristine condition every day, and again after turndown service. The food is also incredible. Breakfast has an amazing variety and everything is unbelievably fresh thanks to the majority of it being sourced from Iris Farm on site. Lunch at Azure was great, but dinners at Aow Thai are what dreams are made of. The dishes are authentic, and as Marco (the GM) explained, tailored to local flavors instead of tourists’ pallets. It shows - I don’t know how we’re going to go back to Thai food in the U.S. after this. Martin was our server for two of the nights and was absolutely delightful. What sets the Conrad apart though, is the service. From ice water being delivered consistently to our pool cabana to hotel staff ensuring mosquitoes avoided us during the Iris Farm Tour, the staff went above and beyond in every way.

One of the very best resorts we have stayed at, during our 5 years in Thailand. Great location, fantastic staff at all levels, quality service and all round excellent facilities. We don’t usually do repeat visits, but would make an exception for this resort. Got to ‘know’ some of the staff, including a fellow Southern African and a Milan native who supports Juventus (!!!). And the fantastic and extremely helpful ‘buggy’ drivers who ferried us everywhere. With an evening flight, we also greatly appreciated the complimentary late check out at 4pm.
