Conrad Koh Samui

We recently spent three nights at the Conrad Koh Samui,. Traveling with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. The villa was spacious with wonderful view of the ocean, and the private pool was great for the family to relax and play. My wife and daughter went to the Conrad spa, which was an amazing experience for both. Me and my daughter hired a jet ski and had fun on the water. Lots of time spent in the swimming pool and lunch at Azure was good. Highlight of the trip for me was dinner at Jahn, with a fine dining experience. Just before leaving my wife and daughter got to visit the Conrad farm, where they were able to feed the animals. Conrad Koh Samui did not disappoint, we look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Koh Samui! My husband and I were amazed by our spotless room with a breathtaking view, and the scenery from every corner of the hotel is simply stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Perfect for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

The hotel was very well maintained. Top hygiene and service. Food and drinks were nice , offering good Asian food in the main restaurant and western food at the restaurant next to the swimming pool. Fast response on buggy service. Stuff was all well-trained. You would only see smiles when you were greeted. Bonus: night fire show , jetski , in-house farm for kids and karaoke

My boyfriend and I had a truly lovely stay at this resort! The service was exceptional, with staff showing an impressive attention to detail that's rare even among five-star establishments. Dining Experiences: 1. Jahn Restaurant: The wagyu ribeye steak and lobsters were incredibly fresh and tender, surpassing even some famous steakhouses in Singapore. 2. Azure Restaurant: The goat cheese pizza was a delightful surprise, easily beating the best pizzas we've had internationally. 3. Aow Thai: The sunset there is beautiful, and loved their farm-to-table concept! Each staff seemed to go extra mile to ensure we had an amazing experience. Chef Young at breakfast was especially attentive, and he came to us asking if wontons needed to be heated up as they seem to be dry and cold. As a Chinese guest, we also loved their authentic Chinese dishes!! The F&B Director, Danielle, was also super friendly and attentive to details, checking in with guests to ensure everything was satisfactory! Highly recommend!

Our arrival started on a less-than-ideal note with the airport pickup, which fell short of Conrad’s usually high standards. The driver was not in the right place, didn’t seem to know we were coming, and had to double-check our booking. There was no assistance with luggage, the vehicle was parked far from where others were picked up, and there were no basic amenities like water or Wi-Fi. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and music was played without asking — not quite the welcome we expected from the brand. However, the situation was handled well once we arrived. Duty Manager Brent was quick to apologise, personally assured us the return transfer would be handled in-house (not outsourced), and waived the charges for both airport journeys. From that point on, the service lived up to the Conrad name. We stayed in a stunning two-bedroom panoramic villa with breathtaking views. On arrival, we were touched by the beautifully decorated bed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, complete with two small bears as keepsakes. Our housekeeping team was cheerful and attentive, leaving a friendly note on the first day and providing excellent turndown service, complete with local sweets at the foot of the bed. Despite the size of the resort, buggy pickups were prompt, and any request — from cleaning a spill to delivering extra towels — was handled quickly. Breakfast was a highlight. The staff greeted us by name each morning, our table for five was always prepared in advance, and gluten-free options were thoughtfully provided. Daniel, one of the managers, stood out for his attentiveness. Dear at the main reception was excellent at check-in and check-out, explaining everything clearly. At Ko Bar, Pal My’s warm smile and great drinks made every visit enjoyable. We did have a small issue with dinner seating at Aow one evening, but Neen and Ying resolved it immediately and with a smile. Our in-villa BBQ for our anniversary was a real treat — top-class service, perfectly cooked food, and plenty of it. The personal touch from GM Marco, who came to chat with us at breakfast on our last day, was a wonderful way to round off the stay. Overall, despite the rocky start, Conrad Koh Samui won us over with its exceptional staff, beautiful villa, and thoughtful touches throughout. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.
