Conrad Koh Samui

It was our first experience in Thailand and we really had a great time from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and spacious. The daily evening cookies were very delicious. The view from the room was so beautiful especially during the sunset. There were lots of great choices at the Aow Thai restaurant where we had our breakfast. Many resort activities including a visit to Iris farm were very entertaining. The hosts there were so welcoming and provided very entertaining guided tours. The high-end Karaoke room with a performance stage was top notch. We also tried the SPA and our experience was very positive. Overall, it was above our expectation and we highly recommend this property to all travelers.

My fiancée and I hosted our wedding cocktail reception and wedding at the Conrad Koh Samui in January 2025, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the initial planning stages through to the final moments of our celebration, the entire team delivered flawless service that made our special day absolutely perfect. Our wedding planner, Pilaiwan, deserves particular recognition. She was exceptional throughout the entire process - incredibly communicative, attentive to every detail, and ensured we received exactly what we envisioned for our wedding. Her professionalism and warmth made what could have been a stressful planning process completely seamless. The level of service we experienced was unparalleled. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure both we and our guests felt looked after at every moment. Beyond the wedding itself, our stay at the Conrad was equally impressive. The views are absolutely breathtaking, we were constantly in awe of the stunning backdrop. Our room (all rooms) featured a private pool with panoramic ocean views, creating the perfect stay. The breakfast service was outstanding, and every aspect of the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our guests were equally impressed with their stays, and many commented on how special the entire experience felt. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding or a more memorable stay. If you're considering the Conrad Koh Samui for a special event or simply a luxury getaway, we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The staff provided excellent service at Koh Bar. Jole and Bank. The drinks are delicious and refreshing, the atmosphere is great, and the view is beautiful, including five small islands.

Conrad Koh Samui is without a doubt the best hotel and resort I have ever stayed in. The service is truly top tier, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room, location, facilities and amenities are outstanding, the food was consistently great, and the entire property is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail reflects why this resort has earned its Forbes status. The purpose of this trip was to propose to my now fiancé, and the events team was incredible from start to finish. They were supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our moment special. Thanks to their care and professionalism, the proposal was everything we hoped for and more. An unforgettable experience in every way.

We stayed for 4 nights in the highest grade 1 bedroom villa for our honeymoon and it was incredible, we loved the property and had a great time. Exceptional staff and service, with a luxury villa that rivals some of the best in other locations like the Maldives. The farm was a surprising highlight, my wife and I love animals and we would highly recommend it! Dining options were good, the Aow Thai restaurant is lovely, and Jahn was exceptional. We will definitely be returning someday soon!
